Ali helped me through the entire process. Not only did I get a great deal, it was at the perfect price point which allowed me to claim the used EV rebate. Ali was also quick with the paperwork and I never felt pressured to buy any additional warranties or services. He was honest and accommodating throughout the process, he even offered advice on additional rebates I might be able to get through pg&e. He organized all the paperwork and let me know what I needed to submit with my taxes at the end of the year. He’s even going the extra mile so I can get my plates and title sent to me. We found out about EZ auto sales through a posting on CarGurus which led us to buying a car from Ali the owner about a month ago. It was by far the best car shopping and purchase we’ve ever experienced (and we have had several). Ali and his team were very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and fair. The process was smooth and transparent and we did not feel pressured in anyway. My wife and I brought our two young girls on the day we signed the paperwork and everyone there were very sweet to them. Ali and his team quickly handled all the paperwork and took care of our DMV registration and new plates which all came in the mail shortly after the transaction. I truly had no credit and these guys were so nice from my first visit to the dealership and took a great care of me, not just with the flexibility on the financial side with no objections and they also took care of my insurance and got me on the road with a new car in no time. Ez auto sales in Daly City is the place to look for a car. I bought a 2016 Hyundai Sonata hybrid few days ago and my experienced there was the most absolute satisfying experience I ever had buying a car. They were honest and straitforward with the customers. I recently bought a used van from Ali. I cannot be happier with the purchase because of the quality of the vehicle but more importantly the superb customer service. Every phone call and email was immediately responded to. The deal was straight forward and fair. A week after I bought the van, a check engine light turned on. I called Ali. Ali picked up my call and said it was probably something minor and that the engine light can come on for many different reasons. Ali then arranged for me to bring it to one of his family members dealership in Concord. I went to the dealership and they had a mechanic run a scan on the spot. The light turned on because of loose gas cap. I will purchase all of my used vehicles from Ali and EZ Dealership. They were very professional and honest in their dealings with me.
