I had some questions and concerns about upgrading my membership and Anthony went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me! HE IS KILLING IT. super greatful that he was the one who helped me out.

Customer service was exceptional, information was relevant and accurate, and his communication and follow through was superb.

BEST GYM in San Francisco!! There is a "sea" of machines as far as the eye can see.... a machine for Every muscle!! And there's never a wait for any!! Plus a hundred treadmills and bycicle machines on the lower floor...And a Jacuzzi/Steam room!! Literally this is a fitness Paradise!!!

The staff is friendly. They try to keep it as clean as they can. The showers have soap in them all the time and they keep refilling. The sauna, steamroom and hot tub are frequently cleaned and just got a tiny makeover. The aerobics room is my favorite since it’s big and mostly empty with ample sunlight and mirrors.
Some of the fixed equipments have the pin to hold weight as missing. Otherwise it’s a well run gym overall. The patrons who visit are also pretty friendly

I came in on a Monday and it was pretty chill. I put all of my belongings including my bag and my wallet into a locker. I had a good pump and decided to take a shower. While taking a shower, I could hear the sound of a man stroking off another man in the showers. I got out as fast as I could and went to grab my belongings. Everything was taken. I was freaking out!! Luckily an employee at this location named Ford sat me down, gave me some comfort and the best empathy I have ever received from someone working in customer service.

This gym is clean. Potrero has no shower curtains. There is shower doors. The patrons are almost uniformly respectful. The staff is friendly. The equipment is great. Although I rarely use after terminal cancer. Just walking up the four flights of stairs is a workout! Give a try best 24 hr fitness in the bay for sure hands down.

Decent pricing, great staff, & machines are better-maintained these days!

This place like a oasis in the desert. The Loin rlly be a messed up place u feel me. I was changing in the locker room only to be interrupted by some hobos shooting up and stuff, and it was mad disturbgin. Thank god tho good fellas exist, this nice man Ford who worked there assessed the situation calmly and resolved this conflict. Really could see the gifts of god shining thru his actions fr. I was not hurt like I did in the Crunch fitness not too far from there, where i was ASSAULTED by some hobo there and they didnt do anything! I felt like I was in safe space because of him, and all other employess cool too. The Loin fr rlly be a messed up place god bless.

I been coming here for years . I love this gym . Also there’s a nice and polite guy working there in the desk he’s so helpful and nice I think his name was Ethan. He make sure that helps you with the best he can !!

Killer service and even better facilities. I believe the person I spoke to at the front was named Ford and he made me want to run through a wall I was so amped up. Couldn't recommend enough

Bathrooms get cleaned, but maybe if people treated it with respect, like their OWN bathroom. It might stay clean longer than 10 minutes, just a thought.

Great Gym tons of equipment just bring a selection pin for the weight stacks. About 10 are missing most of the time. Other than that Awesome 😎👍

As much as I have to appreciate my gym being on the third floor of the building, without an elevator; I have to stop to say a really, really like the people there. The other members and without exception, the 24 Hour Fitness staff. They're Ace.

One of the few gyms that’s truly open 24 hours in San Francisco. Great array of weight and cardio equipment relative to other 24 facilities in SF. Can be tough to get on equipment during peak hours but availability is otherwise reasonable. A bit dirty, slow on restocking supplies, and slow on repairs, but highly price competitive relative to other nearby gyms if you can accept those faults.

For my first time being there today the facilities were clean. And the workers were very friendly . I will be coming back to this facility.

It's a nice gym but no everyone is following the rules at the moment in the gym supposed to be we have only 90 minutes to working out and some people stay in the bathroom and stay the second round that is not fair the people in the front desk they don't care

Clean gym. Nice staff. Has many extra machines that are high use. Gets crowded during peak Times but what gym doesn’t? Best value gym in the city IMO

24 hour fitness allow you to focus and step your game up both physically and mentally. The women are professional grade, so do you!
