UofL Physicians – Family Medicine Centers for Primary Care

It was my first visit with Brittany, APRN at this UofL location. The front desk staff was welcoming and professional. It was a pleasure coming to this location on my first office visit. The Quest lab person was not so friendly and didn’t wear a name tag. (I guess she didn’t have her coffee yet 🤷🏽‍♂)

The staff here have been very patient and sympathetic with me as someone with terrible white coat syndrome, and in my worse states have responded by taking even more time to listen to me and my needs despite how the patient traffic might be that day. Not being in a place to afford healthcare out of pocket and still getting this kind of care is a huge blessing.

I’m very happy with my physicians and find the front office staff to be awesome! We usually receive the kindness we show. I’m sorry you were treated rudely. I’m logged online with UofL Follow my health so communication with my physician is awesome. Test results are posted as soon as they are ready. I can see my lab work as well.

My medicine is never called in I'm always running out they need to replace the nurse practitioner she's always late not caring and treated rudely!!!

Horrible experience! The nurse practioner refused to fill out my unicare papers! Totally discriminating against me because of where I work! Did not even get me a chance to speak. Or even bother asking me important questions! No one in upper management helped me! Never have I had this happen to me in my 22 years of working at my job!! Also. You can not get through to talk to anyone. Get hung up on constantly when finally does get picked up and you have to start all over again! Takes a good week to ten days to get in for an appointment!!! Im in shock over the treatment I received and so upset!

I have been going to this practice for over 2 years now and I have been incredibly disappointed with the quality of care. I was told I was going to receive x-ray results the next day. Flash forward 3 days later and they still have no results. I wish I would have gone to immediate care! The front office staff is unwelcoming and rude. They seemed incredibly inconvenienced when I arrived at my appointment and told them I fell and hurt my ankle. I will be switching to a different practice!

Do not go here if you want accurate and timely test results and treatment. You will not receive it here. Lack of urgency, lack of caring, lack of responsiveness, and overall lack of competency. Run don’t walk to a new primary care physician.
