Kroger

I accidently dismissed a substitution of my most needed item in my pick up order. The CSR went above and beyond taking my dog food to the front for check out. I have arthritis so not having to walk through the store was very helpful. It was much heavier and their guy took it to the car for me, too.

I can’t praise Kroger enough for their exceptional service and incredible variety. From fresh produce to gourmet selections, they have it all. The staff is not only friendly but also incredibly helpful, making every visit a pleasure

I love coming to this Kroger. Employees are friendly. Never had any issues with Kroger. You gotta try the sushi. The sushi is prepared everyday so everything is fresh.

Angel is amazing. I came in to feed the homeless on short notice and she still carried out 5 batches of chicken from the back because she understood the assignment, helping others. I want to thank the cooks and Angel for doing this for them. In future references I will pre-order. The people was so happy at how fresh and good the chicken was. Some of the kids started dancing and praising God immediately. I will forever utilize this kroger to feed the unfortunate. I PROMISE I WILL PREORDER NEXT TIME. TY ALL SO MUCH. Great store, staff. The bakery is definitely a stand out. There's also a "mini clinic" and pharmacy there. Convenient to downtown Louisville and major highway routes into/out of Louisville.

Busy, but worth the drive. Has a Starbucks, cheese counter, and a sushi counter, as well as a restaurant in case you're hungry before you shop.

Love this store...but they do need more cashier's

I have plenty to say...first on Friday i went to Kroger and ordered my granddaughters birthday cake and the guy told me i had to pay 24 hours in advance before they make it..come Tuesday came and i paid for it and came in Wednesday afternoon to pick it up and it wasnt made..the poor girl was so upset over it she was in tears over it...i grabbed her hands and had her breathe with me and capmed her down..the person who was supposed to make my cake and decorate it never did...was it this poor girls fault?? NO!! It was the person who didn't do the cake to begin with!! This poor girl was scrambling trying to make it right...i asked her if they had one frozen and she looked and yes they did..she was going to decorate the cake herself and she admitted she would try her best to make this cake the very best she could but she did call someone to come in asap to do the cake...she started and the girl came and started...the manager of the store told her to go ahead and give me my money back...i spoke with the young lady for awhile and she was very kind...this young lady DESERVES a raise and be recognized for running around the bakery trying to do what the person that was supposed to do it in the first place and THAT person needs to be fired!! With that said..ive read through some of the reviews about long lines and stuff not put up and so on so im going to address thier complaints...due to lack of people NOT wanting to work because they will work a day and whine because they had to actually work and quit Kroger is short handed just like everywhere else...so the ones complaining fill out a application and work there and fix what you believe that needs to be done...i commend the ones who actually gets out and works their butts off at any job they are doing because if it wasnt for them nothing would be getting done!! Again...thank you to the young lady that helped me and you need a raise...there should be more caring people out there like you...

The pharmacy Technician was Super Nice 👍,I don't Know her name But She was There around 10:30 a.m.krogers on Cardinal Blvd, Louisville Kentucky.She had a natural hair style.

Got in got what I needed and checked out pretty quickly just like I like it .

I stopped at the Spirit shop to get a bottle of Stella Rosa Brandy, Yeeeeh it's on sale. No lines, excellent quality choices. Angel Envy (all types) were specially priced too. What a deal.

I've shopped at this Kroger for 17 years. They just remodeled and looks great! So much brighter and cleaner. The staff are helpful. I was looking for the plastic bags for the meat section and an associate saw me and pointed them out. The checkout lady was so nice and super efficient () and the bag man double bagged and separated my goods. Super happy with the transformation.

Gotta love shopping on Sunday morning. No wait in line at all!

Nice just needs handycap carts. Manager said they not getting anymore.
They will loose business. Another of handicap need carts. We have to travel far from home to shop now.
Many of us can't walk .

I went to Kroger by bus on Saturday morning 5/18/2019. I gathered all of the items I wanted and went to check out. My cashier was this awesome gentleman named Nick. What made him awesome? well a few things. First he worked with a sense of urgency but was very conscious about what items he packed together (didn't throw my bananas in with the bacon kind of thing). Also, well...have you guys and gals ever met someone who just had a positive and awesome vibe but you weren't around them long enough to figure out what you were picking up on? That's what I experienced with Nick. It's hard to explain but it was easy to tell that he was focused on his job and has great interpersonal skills (even though he isnt a chatter box...thank goodness). I also asked Nick to double my bags because they rip easily. He said sure and took care of that for me without an attitude like some other places I have been. Nick was awesome and should be praised for it. Thanks Nick for being grrrrrrreat :)

The Kroger store by Cardinal Stadium is excellent! It's spotlessly clean. Shelves are stocked neatly. A young man named David helped me to my car. He was so nice and helpful. Can't say enough good things about this store. My regular store on Dixie hgwy at Upperhunters Trace could take some pointers from them.

I was there to get a prescription filled. Unknowingly I showed up about 4 minutes before quitting time and there was someone in front of me also forgot or lost my insurance card but none of that mattered to the pharmacy staff they stayed late to make sure I had my medicine. They were great I will only use the pharmacy @ Kroger on 3rd and central from today forward.
