Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital and Trauma Center - Adult Urgent Care Center

A fantastic experience here. I was traveling from Boston in San Francisco for a conference and had a very soar throat and cough and looked at urgent care reviews. This seemed like the best. I went to the location at the hospital so can only speak about that one. I take was super efficient and friendly. Dr. Chaithra Nagar Was excellent — listened carefully, explained everything. Asked several times if I had questions helped me find a convenient pharmacy, followed up by phone when had test results, made sure my pharmacy in Boston had the anti-viral prescription. Josephine, the nurse who did initial screening, was excellent — thorough, professional and responsive. The digital platform, MyChart, was easy to use. You all are very fortunate to have that hospital, Dr. Nagar and Josephine in your community. A personal thank you for the wonderful and caring assistance.

Went here on 6.8.2022. The intake process was very organized and each person at each step would give clear instructions on what to do. The nurses and physicians were very thorough in their explanations and asked me lot of questions, especially if I had any questions to ask them. I felt heard and taken care of. They ordered me an x-ray test, blood tests, COVID test, and helped cross off any possible sources of illness.

I had a great time here and would be coming back here again if I ever get sick again.

The nurses and the Doctor who help me was very intelligent and caring. And they were very patient in examining my heart. They did an excellent service. Hope everyone is doing the same .

I went here (the old location) a couple years ago. They were thorough; within about an hour, they decided to admit and brought me to the ICU, as I was deteriorating dangerously; there, I got better with a few days of IVSM. (But the ICU staff was terribly slow to start the IV - it took them about 6 more hours).

But back to Urgent Care: what I just remembered, and earns the 5*s (I guess I'd kinda blocked it out, it was so awful.): For much of that hour, there was a frequently very cruelly verbally abusive, scary patient also in Urgent Care clearly suffering from paranoid delusions from severe mental illness. I was frightened and felt a bit sorry for her, but *terrible* for the multiple staff members that she was terrorizing, and I don't use that word lightly. Their high level of professionalism, including exuding and staying calm and gentle and treating her well and respectfully, despite it all, was phenomenal.

I was extremely surprised at how fast and efficient this whole hospital is.
They got me checked in, temporary medical insurance, vitals, exam, prescription & discharged in no more then an hour. Left picked up my meds w/o issue @ $0.00 thanks 2 the temp.insurance & was on my way home , less then two hours round trip. Best Emergency/urgent care experience ever. Thank you Zucherberg SF

I've always had good experiences with being treated there. Their good doctors nurses I would recommend general and urgent care to anyone. 👍👌

I love this place. The doctors are excellent and most of them speak other languages. The nurses are very loving and care about their patients.

This place is awesome!! I have been here a few times and each time the service has been top notch! They will also follow up a few days later to make sure you"re ok The doctors are attentive and caring. They offer so many services and the place is beautiful. As you walk in you immediately feel relaxed, it's a lovely zen environment. The staff is thoughtful, highly skilled and caring. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!

I came around 9am and once they verified my insurance, I was able to go in. I've had chronic neck and back pain since I can remember and was prescribed by the doctor. My experience here was good.
