Just For You Cafe

Love love love! Fast & friendly service and the food is so good! Tried the waffle with fried chicken & sausage gravy plus 2 eggs and the omelette special. Of course we had to get the beignets (one of each) they were served hot & fresh! So fluffy, light and not greasy and the dark chocolate sauce was so good! Their mimosas are the perfect mix of oj and sparkling wine and the coffee was strong & dark.

Great and friendly services. Tasty brunches with reasonable prices. Beignet is so delicious, must try! Waitlist system is user friendly. Been here a several times, never disappointed. One of my favorite restaurants in SF.

The service was excellent, and the staff do rush you a little, but provide you with as much water as you can drink, and wait
On you hand and foot. I never had to ask for water. Very attentive overall. The cornbread was too dry unfortunately, but the omelette was pretty good and the home fries were excellent. The beignets were okay.

This place has solid breakfast. Ordered Shrimp and Grits, a classic omelet, and the Chicken and Waffles. I was so impressed by the chicken breading and taste. It definitely is a place I would return. I also really liked the old school decor, adds a classic feel. I would recommend not going when the storm apocalypse is happening…but it was full even on those days, which seems like a pretty good sign.

One of the best hole in the wall spots I’ve been to in the city after 15+ yrs of living here. Just a 10 min walk if you find yourself walking from the UCSF Mission Bay Campus.

This place is perfection. Menu is diverse, creative and delicious. Service was prompt, extremely polite and impeccable execution. Price point is right on the money in terms of quality and value. You should come here to eat purely to view the excellent art adorning the walls.

Very good brunch spot! I’m guessing it’s good for all times of the day but I’ll lean toward brunch. Both the food and drinks are very good here. The mimosas are HUGE but go down easy when paired with the many delicious food options.

I had the Heuvos Rancheros with the Hatch Green Chili sauce and Vegetarian sauces. Everything had good flavor and a bit of heat as well, which was welcome. We also got the corn pancake to share, my god it’s good!

Finally you have to try the Beignets. Fluffy, tasty, crispy, awesome!!!

We had a great experience at Just for You Cafe! Extremely kind and attentive staff that went above and beyond expectations! We ordered 4 beignets which were huge and delicious. I had Greg’s Scramble which was also very good! Cozy and relaxing atmosphere. We will definitely be back!

April 23, 2021:
Came here for lunch and ordered the tuna melt on wheat bread. Overall, was very surprised by how tasty the sandwich was. The 🍞 is made by the restaurant and was delicious.

Service was great and seating outside at the parklet was very pleasant. Would definitely come back again.

Such a delightful breakfast spot with my friends for our last brunch get together until we all went our separate ways on the west coast. I really enjoyed the different beignets and flavors that they have. I think that there's a flight option but I could just be making this up. They were really great at making sure we had everything we needed for such a large group of people. I got their avocado toast which was filled with a lot of great eats.

The beignets were fresh, warm and fluffy. My husband had the biscuits and gravy and it was melt in your mouth goodness. I had the Nicolas salad and it was delightful.

Very friendly wait staff and owner. Highly recommend this San Francisco institution!!

Very interesting menu! Lots of Louisiana plates and items I’ve never seen before. Ordered this Hangtown Fry and it was very enjoyable. Definitely a good place for breakfast!

The customer service was great, the food was delicious! The artwork gives it such a nice vibe. The fresh lemonade was so good I had to order a cup to go. I will definitely be back 10/10 I do recommend!

Cute little spot, menu with great selection of options, welcoming and informative staff. Breakfast burrito was top fire. Coffee was tasty too! Dark roast with chicory!

Fried chicken Benedict was amazing and I would get it again. The beignets were gigantic but pretty good. Fair prices, esp in SF!

Walked by and saw the beignet sign - had to go in and get 1 for myself. Missed these beignets so much since New Orleans and I was not disappointed - these fluffy goodies are made fresh to order! The owner was super friendly and also gave me a card for free beignets next time! Will definitely be back to try the food.

A local fav for brunch in the dogpatch! Skip the long lines at ãina or plow and come here. The food is awesome, the service is awesome, and the artwork on the walls is totally rad.

Protip: Ask for a side of their spicy red meat sauce with your eggs. It's got some kind of magical brisket in it and is phenomenal.

One of my favorite digs in the dogpatch. I’ve been coming here for a long time and nothing has changed (for the good) even with the dogpatch completely changing.

They serve green chile, authentic New Mexican Hatch green Chile and I’m a New Mexican so that makes me happy. All their food is good but I always get whatever with Green Chile smothered all over it. Usually burgers or breakfast burritos.

They also serve Beignets and they’re good. Try to avoid peak times but if you don’t mind a wait the list moves quick, the food does not, and that’s a good thing.

A solid place for weekend brunches. Beignets with the dark roast coffee they have is a great combo. They have a good various of selections for vegetarians and weekend specials.

I should review this place badly so it will be easier to get a table. But, I cant. It's too good. Seems they specialize in everything somehow, and the service is always friendly and fast.
