I cannot be happier with the customer service at Sofa Creations. My wife and I popped in on a random Sunday afternoon with a ton of questions and requests to find the right sofa for our small apartment. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and we left feeling a lot more confident about our decision. We slept on it for a couple weeks and when we were ready to move forward with our purchase, it was INCREDIBLY easy to do over the phone. Shipping rates outside of the Bay Area are also extremely affordable too! Sofa Creations made a major purchase a breeze, and I recommend them to everyone looking to spruce up their living room!

We bought high end sofas from this place. These were larger than standard sizes as we have a large family room. The sofas came out beautiful, but we were not happy with the type of cushion we chose. We chose a long bench seating cushion with down feathers for the look. Turned out due to the length, the look of that material did not come out right. We informed Sofa Creation about the issue.
They were very responsive and helpful. They had the sofas picked up, changed the material to a foam, and delivered the sofas back.
We are super happy with the sofas. Really love them and got a lot of compliments.
We are very thankful to the sofa creation owners/managment for excellent customer service, and great quality product. We are recommending Sofa Creations to our friends, and would definitely buy from there again.

In-store experience was great — personable and knowledgeable salesperson, no high-pressure sales techniques, no bad attitude if we chose to skip this thing or that thing, etc etc. Waiting period was extended because of COVID supply chain nonsense but information was always accessible to me, either by calling the store directly or checking order status on the site. Delivery process was unbelievably efficient and convenient — I received phone calls AND text message notifications, I was able to choose my own delivery day for my convenience, and the in-house setup was respectful of my home and pets. Would absolutely buy from here again, AND would recommend to others (and already have).

Love Sofa Creations! We ordered a sofa with non-standard measurements and it was so simple. We got exactly what we asked for and it was delivered in only 2 weeks!!!! I was happy about that since most other places say 8-10 weeks. The quality is outstanding. The service was amazing! I can't remember her name but she answered all of our questions and didn't follow us around the store and breath down our necks. The delivery guys were also so great. They are a third party, but were friendly and they were able to take our old furniture away. Would highly recommend Sofa Creations and will return."

I recently moved to San Francisco and needed a new sofa. My new apartment has some very tight entrances so I was concerned about finding a good fit. Sofa Creations was the best (and i researched quite a few of other places before ending there)!!!
I send out a request and immediately got an answer from Marissa. From that on the process was super easy!!! They guided me to take the right measurements, worked with me to find the right option and two weeks later the sofa was ready!
Couldn't believe how easy the whole thing was!!! Both Marissa and the owner were great throughout the process.

The best part though, LOVE THE NEW SOFA!!! It fits perfectly, goes great with the rest of my furniture, and it has the right amount of firmness. Great experience!!! Would go back for more if my apartment wasn't so small.

Our old sofa fell apart after we moved, so we went to Sofa Creations to order a new, custom one, per recommendation of one of my coworkers. We quickly selected the model, firmness, fabric and color we wanted. Our only regret was that the first few fabrics we picked were not available for one-week delivery; we would have had to wait about three weeks to get our sofa in those colors. However, we found another fabric we liked and ordered the sofa.

The delivery was entirely problem free and exactly on the date that we agreed; the delivery people were timely and polite, and for a reasonable fee disposed of the old sofa and chair.

We are very satisfied with the sofa - it was built exactly how we requested it; it's comfortable, seems to be holding its shape very nicely (I've had it for less than a year); not attractive for a cat to scratch... It is really the best couch we've ever had. But we were even more pleased by the entire process from designing the sofa to getting rid of the old one. It's a charm doing business with Sofa Creations.

Marissa and Charday were both very helpful and nice. We had an issue with a sofa from a different furniture store and ended up having to return it. We were very frustrated so we came to sofa creations. They were very helpful getting us the size, material, shape, etc, especially with our situation in a small, oddly shaped san francisco apartment. There was low pressure to buy and were very responsive with any communication. San Francisco is hard to buy couches for but we were able to get the perfect couch for our apartment.

I purchased 2 sofas from Sofa Creations back in September, and the experience has been wonderful. They were incredibly patient with my endless questions and the time it took to finally make my decision. They offered plenty of guidance in the "measuring down" of my chosen model, so that they would fit easily through the pathway/door to my apartment. Delivery was in 2 weeks, as promised.

The great thing is -- I ordered the softest cushions -- and over the past 6 months, they did indeed begin to flatten. I reached out to Marissa, and she IMMEDIATELY ordered replacement cushions --- free of charge, and in a different firmness!

The whole team is accommodating and easy to work with. When I am in the market to purchase additional seating, I will be reaching out to Sofa Creations again!

My roommates and I ordered a sofa earlier this year, and the customer service was great! When it was delivered, there were 3 cushions instead of the two we had requested, so I called the store expecting that there might be some pushback, but they apologized and rescheduled another delivery to switch out the cushions. Everything went smoothly and I couldn't have asked for better service :) The sofa itself is comfortable and considering it was custom sized to our preferences, we are very happy with it! I highly recommend Sofa Creations.

Great flexibility and prices!

We had just moved to San Francisco with no furniture. We searched store after store looking for a sofa that met our specific desires (L-shaped lounger with pullout bed, good fabric, and comfortable) but the limited flexibility of pre-assembled furniture at other stores always meant that we would have to make compromises.

Enter Sofa Creations. We were able to mix and match pieces with ease to get exactly the couch we wanted - one that had both an L-shaped lounger and a pull-out bed, and was comfortable. Sofa creations gave us additional flexibility by offering to put our desired softness into the cushions, and we got to pick out our favorite fabric from their extensive selection of swatches. The sofa was made to order right here in Northern California. And the price was very reasonable, it was actually below a lot of the pre-assembled units we saw in other stores. Perfect!

The staff at Sofa Creations were beyond helpful and friendly. To top it all off, the salesperson threw in free matching pillows, which was a nice bonus.

The delivery was reasonably priced, and it arrived within two weeks of when we placed our order. It arrived on time and the brief assembly went smoothly.

We've had the sofa for three months now, and we have no complaints. Five stars!

Sofa Creations was a pleasure to work with! Marissa helped me out twice, walking me through the entire process and making it as seamless as possible. She was patient with me as I changed my mind on color and style many times! Delivery was fantastic- on time and easily assembled, exactly where I wanted it! I am so happy with the sofa, there is no doubt I will recommend Sofa Creations to everyone I know looking!

Me and my gal walked in here after enjoying some Oysters next door. We'd been on the hunt for the perfect sofa and I'm glad we decided to walk in! We'd been all over town and were just not quite sold on the "perfect" sofa for our studio space.

We were immediately taken care of by Derek, who was totally awesome, not pushy like a lot of the other bozos we talked to (and patient as we went back and forth on color and firmness). It was a waaay easier process than I thought it would be. We:

-Chose our favorite fabric and color
-Got to customize the length and depth to fit EXACTLY into the space we were working with.
-Chose our firmness...

And that was it. It was delivered in a couple weeks and we love the heck out of it. I highly recommend this place to all my friends looking for a high quality custom made sofa. I can't believe how affordable and painless the whole process was, and we had is so fast, it's unheard of with the other places we'd been in.

I moved into a new apartment last year, and I've had an empty spot for a couch the entire time, but finding a couch always seemed daunting. The couches and loveseats I saw online or in stores were either too pricey, too large, small or just uncomfortable. Sofa Creations was a breeze to work with and I'm very satisfied with the purchase. I was able to try out all of the couches, choose the dimensions and material and make the order. The experience was absolutely flawless.

If you're looking for a high quality, comfortable couch - choose these guys. 11/10 would buy again from Sofa Creations!

Sofa Creations can add my husband and I on to their every-growing list of super happy customers. I would give 5 stars for Marissa alone, but everything else was great too. We talked to her about our concerns over durability because we have two dogs and looked at some swatches. We left and looked at a couple of other places. Because we have a small place, therefore small living room, we really had a difficult time finding anything that would fit without looking ridiculous. We returned to Sofa Creations and were able to customize the measurements of our sofa, loveseat and arm chair, to include the height (so the top wouldn't go over the window sill). Also, I'm short. We asked for short legs on the sofa, which at the time she didn't have. We were going to use the legs from our ancient sofa or go to Home Depot to hunt for short legs. But, when the delivery came, Marissa had found a set of short legs which came with the delivery. The long legs came too, I guess if we changed our minds, but I returned those. The delivery guys were great. The sofa set fits in our living room, and I fit on the sofa. And, I spent about the same amount of money, or probably less, than I would have on something not customized. Husband, daughters and dogs... all really happy. This is the ONE place that truly knows what customer service is. Thank you Marissa for great buying experience!

This place is awesome!! I went to every custom sofa store in San Francisco and couldn't find anything at an affordable price until I found Sofas 4 Less. The slogan "No gimmicks, just great prices" is exactly how it works there. After seeing the prices I kept waiting to find out what the catch was, but no catch. Got to pick a sofa model, shave down the length to exactly what I needed and pick a great fabric for one low price. And the best part is they delivered it to me 10 days later. Amazing!! I love this place so much I could kiss it!

After months of searching for a sleeper sofa worthy of taking up 25% of my living room, I decided to go to Sofa Creations to just 'poke around.' I had 3 boxes to tick: quality, design, and sleeping capabilities.

Everything I needed was right there. I had different designs to choose from and I could have it upholstered with whatever I wanted! I could have even given them my own fabric to cover it with. Talk about having it "your way."

The entire process was so smooth. Never an ounce of pressure. David helped me through each step and was always in communication about what was going on. They even built it and had it delivered before my holiday company arrived (I hadn't left much time)!

The guys who delivered were professional and very careful. I live in a building with a limited sized freight elevator and narrow-ish doorways. They pulled it off with grace.

Months later and I couldn't be more delighted with my own sofa creation. Its just so... Me.

Great experience! I walked in and was immediately met with kindness and salespeople who were not pushy to make the sale (which was fantastic). Within 2 hours of walking through their store front door, I was sitting on a new sofa (which they delivered) in my living room.

Marissa was really helpful. We already had a good idea of what we wanted and she helped us through the process to get exactly what we had imagined.

I admit I was a little skeptical about the quality of the furniture from a you-build-it place like this, but I'm am thoroughly happy with what we received. It's a great look and great quality for the price.
