You will surely become (if already not one) a nature lover once you visit this place. It’s a place for all ages. You can find systematic display of plants according to the weather conditions they grow in.

There is a display of a huge flower that blooms once every 12 years. I was lucky to have visited the place when the flower was in its full bloom. A fabulous experience it was.

The Park is large and lovely, and the Conservatory does not disappoint. Beautiful place to visit or take someone on a date. Love the gardens outside and all the lawn chairs. People lounging, reading, painting, having a picnic. It's was just perfect.

Worth a visit. Interesting experience, there are different sections with different plants and each section/room of the building has curresponding temperature, humidity, light good for the plants placed there. One section can be chill and pleasant for humans, another is really hot and humid. Mist visit and feel that!

Lovely flowers, water lilies, water pads, cocoa plants, carnivorous plants, curious koi fish that follow you, a semi-hidden cool foggy small creek, and more at the Conservatory of Flowers. It's free on the first Tuesday of every month, so be sure to visit then. The staff are pretty knowledgeable about the flowers and plants here and are happy to chat about them, so don't be shy. Don't forget to donate if you can for the visit!

Super pleasant and a plethora of flora and fauna to look at. Really fun place to come on a rainy day especially for SF residents who get it for free.

Super cool vibes and a must see if you're into tropical house plants. We got to sniff a stinky flower, similar to the Titan Arum. The interior reminded me of the herbology greenhouse from Harry Potter. Very cool that the plants were categorized into different sections.

It is an excellent place for people who enjoy seeing and smelling plants and flowers. It is definitely another level. You can see everything from cocoa plants to aquatic plants. It is a greenhouse so you can feel the warmth in it. Admission is free for San Francisco Residents and the full ticket price is well worth it. Don't forget to take a souvenir

Excellent choice when visiting San Francisco. The entrance fee is $13, but seniors are only $7. There are various sections in the Conservatory with temperature controlled environments simulating the natural habitat of the flora where they come from. There's even wildlife sound effects!
After your tour, you can relax and enjoy the scenery outdoors and have a picnic lunch in the open or under the shade of huge trees.

Super cool place to visit, lots of different kinds of plants is little bit humid but it feels good. The whole place feels like you are in the Amazon or in the jungle. They have bird and other animal sounds throughout. At times they turn on the misters they have to list the plants. The lighting is just amazing. Is a great place to take pictures.

The facade of the Conservatory of Flowers from the bridge of JFK is one of the most photogenic places in San Francisco. It’s picture perfect every time. The symmetry of the building and the gardens makes it so visually pleasing.

An incredible collection of tropical and subtropical plants, especially epiphytes. The cloud forest room brings in the higher-elevation plants. Allow at least an hour to see it all!

It's a close encounter with some exotic plants. The sizes, shapes and colours plus the smells will amaze you. It's a great place to relax and unwind. It's also children-friendly here.

Beautiful place with many flowers from South America and the tropics. The rooms have ambient noises and fog. All three rooms have different climates. The Giant Arum flower was to bloom on 6/29/2023 but we didn’t get there in time. It’s really nice and they have explanatory tablets for different plants and stuff. You can also buy plants for the entrance.

This place is amazing. It feels like a tropical haven among the cold San Franciscan weather.

Last December, I had the privilege of photographing a proposal and then capturing their engagement session immediately after.

It was pouring rain and we needed an indoor location. This place was perfect and the diffused light made for great natural light.

The couple loved how the photos turned out. The greenery provides some really creative photo ops.

Can't wait to come back just to visit!

Came here 3 minutes before it opened. Got in for free because I’m a S.F. resident. There were a couple people waiting and I got in there quickly. I had to check out the corpse flower before it fully open. I was pleasantly surprised to discover the self service plant shop deep inside. Picked myself a nice plant.

Really nice place! All the plants were beautiful and very interesting. The yard in front is really well maintained and the flowers are so vibrant and colorful! Recommend going if you’re nearby.
