Dr. Dillon is a great doctor! She genuinely listens to me, asks good questions, and works very hard to investigate and fix any health issues I may have. She is welcoming, compassionate and a hard worker. I feel like I am in good hands with her as my doctor.

Holy moly - have you been to the 7th floor of Kaiser Mission Bay yet? It’s a beautiful, state-of-the-art facility with huge windows overlooking the Bay and San Francisco. The staff is efficient and friendly, and the doctor I saw, Dr. Wingfield, was thorough, knowledgeable, and made me feel I was in the best hands for healing my injury. She wheeled in a brand new ultrasound machine and took images of my injury then and there. She scheduled an MRI for me for just 2 days later, got me on her PT’s schedule for next week, and made a follow-up appt for me, all within minutes. The Warriors jerseys and moving art projected on the waiting room walls were cherries on top. Very impressed.

My recent visit to the orthopedic department at Kaiser was excellent. The staff were friendly, professional, and provided top-notch care. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. The medical professionals were knowledgeable and took the time to address all of my concerns. Overall, a great experience!

The Doctor brought my surgery option to me after a stop in the ER as a treatment for a recurring problem. His clinical explanations of how it was contributing to my issue and the possible positive benefits aligned with my personal experiences.

Doctor Situ put me immediately at ease by her gentle manner and examination. She listened to my explanation that my right eye may have a floater - and she confirmed this through her extensive exam. She gave me drops to dilate my eyes, but assured me I would be able to focus to drive myself home in a couple of hours - just needed dark sunglasses. She told me my eyes had not changed much and the prescription for glasses had not changed. But I told her I would get new reading and distance glasses anyway. I felt totally at ease and comfortable with her.

It really makes a difference to me that I have a doctor whom I can trust, who takes my concerns seriously. Meeting with Dr. Wong helped deflate A LOT of my stress about my health issues.

We had a very productive appointment that was part physical/part emotional health care. Dr. Wong is clearly culturally competent, an empathetic listener, knowledgeable about Kaiser resources, and highly professional.

She was friendly, efficient, and thorough in her examination. She seemed genuinely pleased when she asked me about exercise and I told her that I walked between 3 and 5 miles everyday.

Overall her approach inspires confidence in the system and upcoming surgery because the whole idea of having my eyes cut upon is a little scary, but I am looking forward to getting it done.

Dr. Lopez was very thorough and listened to me. I had some questions and he answered them. He also alerted me to possible delays regarding appointments with an acupuncturist to treat my injury. It's the first time I experienced seeing a workman's compensation doctor and he made me feel at ease.

Everyone concerned at the hospital was very up-to-date in efficient with the service they gave me. I was also very impressed with the pharmacy that was on the same floor as my doctors office. The prescription process was very quick and the attendant was very knowledgeable as far as what was prescribed. All in all my doctors appointment was very positive.

This was a seamless experience where my son was seen within 5 minutes of arrival to the department and were seeing the provider within 10 minutes of arrival. Provider put my son at ease and involved him in the exam by letting him know what would be done before moving forward. Great experience.

Dr. Flores took a thorough history and did a full foot exam. She reviewed my xrays with me, and diagnosed what had been a puzzling problem. She provided a wonderful ankle brace and gave me advice about managing swelling and doing exercises. I was very happy with all her care; she was so pleasant and caring.

Dr. Xu is an amazing and very caring doctor. Since I became a patient of hers, I became more healthier than ever! She very much understands and listens to my needs and what I want to accomplish for my health. I'm very happy that she is my doctor!!

My 3 kids have been seeing Dr. Wong since they were born, so we've known her for 8+ years now. I trust Dr. Wong to take great care of my kids. She is very knowledgeable and does a great job of both allaying concerns of parents but also ruling out bigger health concerns.

I Love Dr. Tran. She takes time to discuss my options for contacts, glasses, and future cataract surgery. She is patient and upbeat.

Dr Wong was very personable, made me feel at ease and explained the test clearly. After the test, she explained the results with details about why I was having trouble hearing certain words and that this is normal for my age. She also noted that I am not a candidate for hearing aids at this time.

Dr. Schuttler Is kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. A complete 180 from my last doctor visit experience. She is patient and listened to me. She answered all my questions. I left feeling lighter, informed and more hopeful about my condition.

Dr. Kenneth Ip is highly recognized in his field and Kaiser is fortunate to have him. He is efficient, quick, knowledgeable, and an expert in his field. My vision was 500% better after the YAG laser procedure.

I had a very negative experience with another health care provider. I was told there was nothing I could do about my arthritis and if the pain got bad I could have surgery. I had a completely different experience with Brandon Yee. He compared my x-rays with healthy hip x-rays and showed me that I was actually in good condition. He gave me exercises to strengthen my muscles but what he did that was most beneficial was gave me a positive diagnosis. I truly think a positive outlook is better than any surgery you could get.
