Totally together and totally kind. !!! They make mailing services actually enjoyable (who knew this was even possible?). In my, and maybe your, increasingly mobile world, having a resource like Post Options is a God send.

Always friendly when I drop off packages. They have to be the nicest people I have met in the neighborhood maybe even Seattle. They are quiet and that is not a bad thing.
I think some customers don’t fully understand what it takes to run and operate a small business. I believe the workers who are there everyday are the owners. They seem to enjoy what they are doing. Who enjoys working within the USPS mailing system here in Seattle? I haven’t encountered anyone who is or who is as professional as they are.
The other great quality that is offered - convenience. If I have shipments being sent through FedEx or USPS I can run them here. They don’t scan. When I need a receipt, I go to the post office. They don’t offer ups drop off because UPS is three blocks away.
They offer a variety of office and mailing supplies. Yes it might be a little more expensive, but remember, it’s all about convenience. If I want cheap tape I order it online or plan ahead.
They also offer all different sizes of mailboxes for your personal or business mail and packages. With porch pirates and all the thieves taking packages from people, it’s a good idea to have someone who signs and keeps your deliveries safe.

Fast friendly service. Computers that work great for printing. Family owned and operated. I’ve gone back twice already.

Don’t go to a boring post office, come here!

Efficient mail services. I always get quick service when I stop in. The clerks working the counter make sure I know the price and speed of shipping options for both FedEx and USPS, and have let me know when I can get cheaper service with flat rate packaging when applicable. I appreciate having them in the neighborhood.

I needed a notary in a pinch on a Saturday, which brought me to Post Options.
I was so glad I went, the customer service was awesome and the clerk was so patient. My transaction involved multiple different steps (printing, notarized documents, scanning, mailing) and we got through it quickly and accurately. I would go here again over alternative print/ship vendors.

Love that they have a limit on number of people allowed inside to accommodate social distancing. The people who run this place have always been so nice, and it's great to have a place that can send out prepaid returns and original shipments with USPS and other options. Always clean and organized. Will continue to come here for my shipping needs!

I've been a customer for over 10 years. I thought I wpuld use it only temporarily but it's proven a lifesaver. Great to have a place that is my ongoing address, they will sign for packages and keep them safe, super nice and helpful people ...my family once sent me lobster as a surprise. I didn't know and only check mail once a week. Post Options called me to let me know it was there. They had the cooler with the lobsters in their refrigerator to make sure it was safe! Amazing. I highly recommend them. What a relief that I've never had to contact everyone I've ever know to give a new address and I've been confident any important document or package was in safe hands until it is convenient for me to pick up.

I don't ever worry if a delivery is still at my door because I know Post Options has it safe and sound.

i love the two owners that work there every day. They’re so professional, kind and efficient. They run an excellent business and they treat everyone with respect.

Anybody who complains about this place is wrong. They will always give you the best prices and go out of their way to make sure you aren’t wasting your money. If there was something wrong I’m sure it was user error and not the businesses fault. We are lucky to have them in our community and anyone with half a brain would know that . All complaints on this site are user error

Great option for sending any packages! I had a framed gift to send that would only fit in a bulky, oversized box. The gift was 38x26x1.5, and the closest box to purchase was $20 for a 42x36x6.

The person working offered to build me a custom-sized, reinforced box from some old used ones he had, and for the same price. Saved me money on shipping, plus he got it done in time to send out with the day's last pickup by FedEx.

Awesome place where I will continue to go for all my shopping and postage needs!

i almost never bother to write reviews. but these folks have been consistently friendly and efficient at their job. there is never any BS involved in sending packages from there. The location is great also. two thumbs way up!!!

I live in England and I have been using Post Options since 1999 to forward my USA mail to me in England. They are always friendly, helpful and flexible, and they have never made a mistake. I highly recommend them!

Wonderful! Very helpful, packaged everything for us and thoroughly checked all information. Speedy and very kind service :) I've gone to USPS for years and never thought that it could actually be such a pleasant experience go send mail until I came here.

Nice people to do business with. They include packaging services which is secured from thrives unlike the crappy apartments I was at Packard Building. Those scumbags. These guys are awesome here.
