Cave Spring Dental Arts

I moved to the Roanoke area in 2011, I moved here from Richmond where I grew up and used the same dentist my whole teenage and adult life. Moving to a new area you never know where to go to get good personalized heath care. I tried two different dentist offices before finding Cave Spring Dental Arts. I have been using them ever since. The staff is great, they always make sure to have a time that fits my busy schedule to get me in and out quickly without any long wait times. My whole family now uses this office for any dental needs, Josh does a great job making everyone comfortable no matter what procedures need to be done. I highly recommend this office.

I’ve been going to Dr. DeMichele and his team for years and absolutely love them! Each and every one of them are fantastic, and go above and beyond at all times. I have never had anything that even approached a negative experience, and I used to be terrified of anything to do with the dentist. I have cleanings every 6 months, and have had several procedures, to include wisdom teeth removal. They are all so kind, respectful, knowledgeable, and experienced. They take the time to get to know you and remember you, and I feel completely at ease and relaxed at each visit. I cannot recommend them enough, especially if you have anxiety about the dentist.

I’ve had good experiences at this dentist. I have dental fear and have a hard time going to the dentist, so I chose this one because of the sedation options. I would recommend if you’re like me and have dental anxiety (for any dentist) that you have an up front discussion on how much information you want about any procedures you need. I understand some (most?) people with dental anxiety don’t want to hear any of the details. I am a weirdo who both wants to hear the details but then just not be conscious for the actual process. Dr. DeMichele and his team were accommodating of this after we discussed my preference. I think he’s a great dentist to work with when you have dental anxiety. The whole team is very friendly and warm. I would recommend.

Dr DiMichele and his entire staff are professionals who go the extra mile to ensure that their patients receive not only excellent care but do so in a calming and comfortable environment. The staff are the best! They go above and beyond, and it is always a pleasure to interact with them. We are long time patients of this practice and are very pleased with their care, concern and commitment.

Everyone at Cave Spring Dental Arts is incredible - kind, patient, friendly. I came to them in severe pain and in need of an extraction and implant. They made everything go more smoothly than I could have imagined! Everything went perfectly and it legitimately changed my life for the better! I am pain free thanks to the implant and my checkups and cleanings are now something I actually look forward to every 6 months!

I was at a point where I needed some significant work done, enough that I was seriously considering dentures. But Dr DeMicele assured me he could help me keep my teeth. He did amazing work and I'm so happy with the results. Remarkably, I really didn't deal with nearly as much pain as I expected, especially considering the amount of work he was able to do all at once. But he's really good at what he does, and he has a great staff that makes the environment welcoming and pleasant (which is saying a lot for a dentist's office!)

I highly recommend Cave Spring Dental Arts for anyone, but especially anyone who needs significant work done. Also, if you're afraid of the dentist, this is the place for you!

The office and examine rooms are clean, bright and very welcoming. The anxiety and discomfort that seems to be a routine part of any dental visit is absent from a visit to Cave Spring Dental Arts. I had been “shopping” for a skilled and honest dentist for quite a number of years prior to hearing about Dr. DeMichele. I now recommend Cave Spring Dental Arts to anyone that I hear is searching for a dental practice.

I've been going here for the past 3 years and am very happy with the care I've received. Dr. DeMichele is very skilled and fast. My hygienist is also very wonderful and does a great job, and I like that I've consistently seen the same one for years. The office is very clean and organized and the staff are so kind as well.

From the front office staff, the hygienist and Dr Demichelle you can’t find any office more friendly and professional. The care I get is the best. If you have a problem they will get you an appointment very fast. I have been at this office for 25 years. One of the most enjoyable things is how beautiful the outside and inside are. The office is nicely appointed and up to date and you won’t find a cleaner office anywhere. I highly recommend this dentist.

Best dentist in Roanoke! His staff is exceptional too. I have been a patient of Dr. DeMichele's for over 15 years. A visit to his office is like catching up with family. Christy has been my hygienist for many years as well - she is always attentive and caring. She has the most gentle touch for cleaning your teeth too.
