Love how they listen to your concerns and explain what’s going on. I have texture and sensory issues at times and they are so gentle and check to make sure all is good while doing service. Love Kate and Katie who have taken great care of me with out judging. Great staff all around from check in to check out!

I could not praise this practice more. The staff was extremely sweet, helpful, and empathic. Dr McDonald was the same, and gentle with me as I was experiencing a lot of pain and emotions. The prices were fair and well explained. When I get insurance, I will be coming to this dental office regularly as nowhere else could compare. Thank you for being there for me today!

Best dental office in the Roanoke Valley, in my opinion. I have been coming here for the past 6 years and every visit is great. The front desk receptionist Tresser is always so nice and personable and answers any silly questions I may have. The hygienists & assistants are always great, Dr. Kate is who I normally see and she is phenomenal, Dr. Ben is great as well. I have no complaints about the dental work they’ve done for me. I can’t rave enough about this practice, everyone is so nice and I enjoy my visits each time. Thank you all for being awesome!
