My husband and I ate here for the first time this past weekend. Great service, wonderful food/drinks and a beautiful view! We will be back!

We are regulars at Stripers. We always enjoy happy hour and the steamer specials. There are great employees from the manager to the hostess to the chef and bar tenders and servers. They always make us feel welcome and as if we are the only ones there. And to boot the food is always great too. Take the time to drive down the shallowag bay driveway to find this spot loved by locals.

Took a friend here for my first visit and we had a blast! Very friendly staff and the food was delicious. I had the the scallop risotto and it was fabulous. Unique cocktails as well! Sky took good care of us on the patio and was super fun and informative. Will definitely be back again!

Hidden gem. Glad Google recommended it. We stopped in on the way to the Elizabethan gardens. Staff was attentive and our drinks and food were perfect especially after a long rainy cold day.

If you are looking for the view and great food with drinks, then this is the place you want. Their drinks, dragon berry splash and ruby relaxer, are awesome. Sweet, tangy, and strong enough to be fun! Their crab dip and fried fish are awesome too. It was a bit more on saltier side for me but some might find it okay. Their catch of the day which was Mahi was awesome too. It wasn't too salty or anything. Cooked well as well. Service was okay not bad either. Try the place if it interests you.

This is a true waterfront gem! We stopped here for late lunch and were seated immediately (this was weekday around 4 pm). We shared buffalo shrimps and crab dip and had lobster bisque and a salad with extra fish. The pictures speak for itself - it was delicious! The hostess/waitress was so nice and pleasant, hands down this was the best service in the OBX!
Highly recommend and we’ll be definitely coming back!

We went for a Chili cook-off it was the 2nd one we have attended and it was great! One thing I love about being at the beach is meeting the people! Always nice and friendly!Getting back to the chili I had to stop tasting after the 8th sample they were so good!Would love to go back to Stripers for lunch or Dinner.

I don't know what it is but there are new menu options and the quality of food and service has improved. For years, the food was consistently inconsistent but now its improving. I am very happy that my local hangout has taken to turn for the better. I appluad the staff and management. Best wings in Manteo!

Today we had Sunday Brunch on the deck. $5 Mimosa and a Veggie Omlet for the win. Great service. Fresh hot food while looking out on a great view of our town Manteo!

this restaurant was fantastic. It was a bit small, so it could be cramped over the summer time. The overlook on the second floor is fantastic! Our waiter was also super friendly and funny. I tried the tortellini here with scallops and shrimp‘s. It was to die for, it was absolutely fantastic. I would recommend this dish to anybody. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

The food was delicious, and the portions were great. The view as well was awesome, and we had a bit of a drink accident and they gave us extra to go, which was very kind. It was a great experience!

I was at first put off due to the number of people staring at us when we walked in. We were a large family, so I got over it. However, off gate, one of the regular patrons offered to purchase all of the kids in my group dessert. That was super mins off him abs he kept his word would not let us leave without it. Thank you to that gentleman. Our server, Sierra, apologies off misspelled. She was ABSOLUTELY GREAT at her job. I deeply apologize if we were overwhelming or too much for her. She handled things to the best of her ability. She offered great recommendations, was on point getting this that we needed, and even was on point with my drink orders because I only drink whiskey. Order a Goesling mule, I named it! Thank me later. If we're ever back in the area, we'll be back and she'll be my server. Thank you Sierra

Had dinner with my sister there. Great location. Especially since it's within walking distance of her condo. Great food, and exceptionally friendly staff. I'll be back.

We swung in to see if they had the NFL ticket and they did. We requested 1 of the games and they gladly put it on one of the TV's so we could. Tasty craft brews on tap and the food is good. The locals hang out the which is great. Friendly group!

A beautiful spot for a sunset feast. Highly recommend trying to get a patio spot! Steamed seafood especially the clams were a hit and the lobster bisque was so so- maybe try the cream of crab soup. Shrimp and grits were also a recommendation :)

Excellent food and great atmosphere. If you’re in the area on a day trip, it is the place to have lunch.
