I previously went to PetSmart for my dog's grooming, but my go to groomer left and appointments were hard to get. I explored several alternatives and decided to give PetSmart another try. So glad I did!!! My girl is old and not as tolerant as her sweet self used to be. The ladies at PetSmart were fantastic ! Intake was compassionate and understanding and KT was the best!!! Such a comfort to know my sweet girl can be safely and nicely groomed again! Thank you so much!

Best place to buy a beta fish on the Outer Banks! The store is large with alot of great options for all animals and creatures! The staff is informative and helpful! Kids left with a happy and healthy fish! The pet grooming is great also I have heard from friends!

My rating is honestly for the very helpful employees. My daughter wanted a fish for her birthday. Never having a fish before I didn't even know where to start. And I'm also the type of person that if I'm going to keep a pet any kind of pet I want to do the best I can to keep it healthy and have the best life it can. CHASE!!! did an amazing job walking me through the store showing me everything I need. He was very professional answering all of my questions and being 100% honest with me. He even introduced me to a Facebook group to help me along the new journey of being a fish grandma.

Came here while on vacation to the OBX. It was a nice rainy day and a great day to take the doggie to PetSmart. I found something needed for my baby while on vacation to keep him happy. Staff was very friendly and they had in stock exactly what I needed.

We have been taking our 5 month old puppy to the 6 week puppy class. Emily has been awesome!! She is super knowledgeable on training and very patient. Not only has our puppy learned a lot but I have too. We plan to sign up for more training. We also love the store.

Nice and clean, and everyone - staff and customers - was wearing masks and maintaining social distancing. They had exactly what I needed and I was able to get in and out without having to wait.

My DixieLee was beautifully groomed at PetSmart by Ashley. She will be my "go to" groomer. I have a mini Bernadoodle and it was a great experience.

Very impressed by the quality of service and general knowledge in the fish dept. Vicki and Kerri are a HUGE ASSET to this store, they guided us in purchasing a beautifully equipped tank with the various species that worked for our goal.

They had everything I needed and all the employees were so helpful & friendly.
Got some good sale items too.

Tried my hand at online ordering this week. Due to their internet being down, they did not receive my order, so upon pick up it wasn't ready. Eli came to the rescue though! She quickly apologized and fixed it! Though it put me behind schedule a bit it was beyond their control, but it was a perfect opportunity for them to step up and fix it. Couldn't be happier with my experience. THANK YOU ELI!

Tried my hand at online ordering! The convenience of it was so appealing to this busy Mama! It was quick & easy to browse & purchase. After the one hour mark though I got a little nervous when I didn't receive confirmaton that it was ready for pick up, but upon arrival I found Eli. She's a gem! She confirmed your internet was down, but quickly fixed the problem! She used my confirmation of oder email to gather the items I purchased. She apologized again and even asked if I need assistance loading the heavier items in to my car. Thank you for the great customer service & for making this issue right. My zoo & I just love our local Pet Smart!

Carrie and Krista were both very helpful with getting more tropical fish for my tank, as well as answering any specific questions I had. They were awesome!! And definitely make you feel like you're welcome there!
