Broad River Rehab

I have been a PTA for 16 years and have now been a DOR for almost three months. My supervisor and others in the BRR family have been more than generous with helping others succeed and understanding with the questions that always arise. I have enjoyed growing in my skills as a therapist dealing with residents in a SNF and in a Director position. I have not had the enjoyment of coming to work everyday in a long time like I have found again. The BRR staff and at Atrium are exceptional. The therapy room has been transformed into a space the residents and staff enjoy coming to workout or just relax with a cup of coffee and motivate other residents.

I’ve worked in skilled nursing with contract and in house therapy models for 12+ years. BRR has provided great support, education and resources. Very positive experience and the most support and growth I’ve experienced from any prior company. Patient centered approach and care about their staff.

I’m a speech therapist working PRN for BRR and my experience with the company has been stellar. I’ve had great experiences with communication with managers within the company, they offer great flexibility related to hours and locations for treatment, and they’re wonderful about recognizing hard work from the staff. Overall, just a great company to work for!

I am so thankful BroadRiver Rehab took over my local Tennessee facility's contract in 2019!!! It was scary back then, but I soon realized it is a great therapy company to work for that focuses on patient outcomes and customer service. Thanks to their trainings, encouragement, clinical team focus, support and hands on approach--I have been able to grow professionally from a Staff PTA, Rehab Director and more. They are thankfully different from the 3 other contract rehab providers that I have worked for in my 20+ years of service in the therapy world. Patient treatments are scheduled depending on patients needs and therapist clinical judgement. Productivity is also more realistic/attainable/lower than other contract therapy companies and they will not hire people with unrealistic salaries and guaranteed hour promises just to cut their benefits and salaries. I am happy to say my experience has been great!

I've been blessed to work with some top-notch companies over the span of my career and, I can honestly say when I came to Broad River Rehab in 2017, I was in awe of their culture, their knowledge, and their commitment to provide the best of care to residents and customers. I have worked for many Rehab Companies and Broadriver Rehab by far has been the best. During covid they were extremely supportive and went above and beyond for their employees. They made sure all necessary PPE was supplied when needed. They truly care about their employees and encourage open communication. They recognize hard work and corporate team is very responsive and supportive. I have been fortunate to be a part of this BRR team for 2 years and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Broad River Rehab is a good company run by good people! I have been in long term care almost 30 years and I have never seen a rehab company as knowledgeable or who treats their employees better. I consider myself very fortunate to work for them.
