Went in for some vape juice and wasn’t sure what I wanted, the counter clerk James was very knowledgeable on their products and was able to help me decide on something I’d enjoy. Good customer service will keep me coming back!

Heard about them from a friend so I went in to get some juice and ended up coming out with a whole new mod. Very happy with my purchase. Dane was very knowledgeable about the products and was extremely helpful. I definitely learned a lot from him. They are definitely top notch when it comes to customer service and experience.

The second you walk in you are greeted and welcomed. The lady that was there was very kind to us and was just wonderful. Wish we had asked for her name, because she def needs a shoutout. great products and fair pricing. 👌

I've been to a couple other Asheville Vapor locations but since moving, im much closer to the Arden location and I couldn't be happier! The customer service is awesome here and I love the brands of juice they have to offer! Definitely prefer Asheville Vapor over other local vape shops in the area.

Great staff and prompt service. Knowledgeable and no BS. After browsing some reviews this was the shop I decided on in the Arden area. Bright lighting and a welcoming setup made me feel comfortable when discussing the various options for CBD products. Will be back!!

This was my first trip to Asheville Vapor, but I will certainly be back! This was one of the best shopping experiences I've ever had, hands down! Mitch was the most knowledgeable, courteous, helpful person I've ever met in this industry. I very well may stop going to my local shop and buy everything online from these guys from now on! My local shop could take a few lessons from these folks. Also, I have never cared for flavored e-juices, but Mitch suggested I try the Five Pawns - Castle Long. Perfection. This stuff tastes like Dessert! With a tank full of my normal tobacco flavor and a few drops of this makes the entire tank taste absolutely fantastic. I doubt I will ever go back to the plain flavor by itself ever again! Thank you, Mitch (and other folks that were working that day), you made my trip to Asheville even more memorable!

I love my vape had it for about 5 months! There juice however is a little more on the pricey side I paid about $34 not what I’m used to prices for juice in CLT are a more affordable at our surrounding vape stores most you’ll pay is $20, however, staff was friendly and knowledgeable Varo was about $85 which I didn’t find bad at all it’s very durable and I love it!

They are just the absolute best!!! Not only do they talk to you about products, they actually know exactly what they are talking about!! Staff is truly nice and extremely helpful/knowledgeable and that is a super plus in my opinion.
I have been to lots of different Vape stores in this area and in other states as well but Asheville Vapor's store is by far the greatest!!! 👍👍👍👍👍

This is the absolute BEST Vapor Shop in Western NC. Everyone there is so knowledgeable about each & every product they carry. They really take the time to talk to you & answer questions or concerns you may have, without making you feel rushed or unimportant. Only the best product lines are carried here, none of the cheap, old products that so many of the Vape shops carry. Just great all around!!!

After trying electronic cigarettes in 2010 and experiencing bad effects, I have resisted trying a vapor. A friend recommended that I talk with someone who could help me get started on the right path. I am so happy that I stopped at Asheville Vapor for assistance. The staff was so helpful and I was able to try several different flavors until I found the one that was a fit for me. They Have the exact coils I need that I can find nowhere else! Awesome staff went above and beyond to give me the tools needed to fix my vape. They saved me a lot of money!

I have been to dozens and dozens of vape shops around the nation and this is hands down the best I have ever seen experienced. Yes there are bigger shops or shop with larger selections or cheaper prices but they all lack one major thing: quality. Asheville Vapor literally carries the absolute best selection of e-liquid out there. Other stores try to claim to carry "premium" liquids but that is just a tag. These guys truly do have premium. Their level of dedication to not just their products but also their customers is above and beyond any other store. I recently went in there to buy one bottle of juice and walked out with five new flavors. Dane and Pep blew me away with their knowledge of every flavor and helped me discover some new favorites. Other stores just toss a menu at you or tell you that something tastes "fruity" where these two guys made me feel like I was at a high end wine tasting. And high end is right. Five Pawns and Lazarus Vintage were the equivalent to a top shelf liquor. If you are not going here you are doing yourself a disservice. Sure, they are not the cheapest around but I don't want cheap I want quality. Whatever my vaping needs are I go here. If it is your first time in please also ask for Pep or Dane as these two are the two best in the business.

Asheville Vapor is the single best store front I ever entered. I had heard about 'vaping' and on a whim, went in for a visit. That was almost a year ago and I haven't put a cigarette in my mouth since. Asheville Vapor's most sought after goal is to help people stop smoking and they do it well! They have a wonderful selection of hardware and liquids to choose from and their customer service is unsurpassed. Asheville Vapor is an upbeat and fun place to visit and I am always greeted with a personal hello. Go by and see them, you'll be glad you did.........

Excellent service, easy-going staff who know their stuff, great location, clean foggy environment, very fair prices for premium juice, Huge selection of great juice brands and flavors, I have been to many shops around Asheville and this one is definitely my favorite! No local juice shops have nearly as many delicious juice flavors!

Joel the salesman was amazing. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He was an absolute pleasure to speak with. Informed me of other locations closer to my home as well. This will be my new “one stop” vape shop.

Asheville Vapor has the friendliest and most knowledgeable staff. I have recommended them to my neighbor, my mother, and my father. All of which have given up smoking for good with their help. So if you are thinking of making the switch to vaping this is THE BEST PLACE!

I walked in to buy a gift for my Husband. These guys are very friendly, informative, and they carry excellent products. They are unique to the area, because they produce their own e-liquid flavors! They have a really good selection of 0% nicotine liquids along with the equally impressive selection of stuff containing nicotine. Their vanilla cupcake flavor is heaven... HEAVEN. Needless to say; i am now jealous of my husband, and want a whole set up for myself. ;)

I live just up the road from this shop and was so thrilled to see that I have a vapor shop right in my neighborhood. The staff is very knowledgeable and have an awesome selection of e liquids, mods, and batteries. If anyone has considered converting over to vaping I would highly recommend Asheville Vapor to get you set up.
