Robert was great, one of the best physical therapist around. FeFe was amazing as well. Beth is the receptionist and she is great as well. Always smiling and very professional. I would definitely recommend Benchmark to anyone. Great job team.

The environment was clean and inviting. Both Robert and Felicia were inviting, friendly and caring. Yes the exercises were tough and what I needed to get my back in shape. Robert was encouraging and explained the reason for each exercise. And for the ones I really struggled with he was able to modify to help me build the strength I needed to get to fully engage in the exercise.

Mr. Robert and Felicia are wonderful. Mr. Robert is thorough in explaining and demonstrating the exercises. He gives confidence that you can complete the task even when it burns. They are a sweet and kind team.

After having corrective chest cavity surgery a few years ago, I began experiencing neck and upper shoulder pain. After and MRI and physical therapy that just didn't help at another PT center, I resigned myself to living in discomfort. I was convinced to give BenchMark a try, and I am so glad I did. Roberto and Felicia have helped me in ways that I didn't think were possible. The therapy I received was more like an education. It has given me tools that I am now using daily to alleviate discomfort, which lessens by the day. I have even noticed an improvement in my posture. I am so grateful for BenchMark and highly recommend them for your physical therapy needs.

Great experience! I had back pain. They taught me exercises that helped alleviate the pain. They gave me a daily routine to continue. The staff is knowledgeable and the facility is clean.

Benchmark was very clean when I first walked in, staff looked professional and uniformed. They were familiar with my problems and addressed them as best as they could. I would use them again as well as recommend them for rehab.

Heather treated me for several different ailments but the one I’m most grateful for is that she helped my headaches become less frequent and eventually my nonexistent. She used her amazing dry needling techniques along with personalized exercises and by the end of PT I was going weeks/months without headaches!!
