Books-A-Million

The workers are so good at their jobs! My daughter and her six daughters shopped in the store a few days ago. We bought several books, and they were out of some particular books that we were hoping to find. They said I could call once a week and hopefully they will get them. They looked in stock and on the internet, no one had them, but hopefully one day they will! Thank you for all your help!

THIS BOOK STORE IS MY ULTIMATE RELAXATION PLACE TO GO. PLEASANT ATMOSPHERE, TONS AND TONS OF BOOKS FROM ALL GENRES AND FABULOUS GIFT ITEMS FOR ALL AGES. I ALWAYS ENJOY MYSELF WHEN I GO TO BOOKS A MILLION AND MY FOUR DAUGHTERS WERE ECSTATIC FOR ALL THE ANIME BOOKS SELECTIONS. WE'LL DEFINITELY BE BACK!!!

I love this place.. Not only do have an amazing books for all ages, but they're 1 of the best place for a witch like me to get beautiful tarot decks and great witchy books 📚

I will always love this place. Prices are a little on the high side but it has a great atmosphere and I always stay over an hour!! Staff are very knowledgeable and friendly!!

A great store for hobby lovers of all kinds. They had a great collection of board games and unique toys/ collectable figurines in addition to books. Devon was amazing. She came from the cafe to make sure we were assisted quickly. A great team of people. I could have stayed for another hour.

This is really a big help to go to Books A Million and find every book I was searching for and others,i didn't know I wanted until A member of th staff offered amazing selections because she was very helpful and listened to me! I love Books A Million and I will always be a loyal customer for life. Because anything I can think of relating to Books, then I will go to the store with a Million ways to be a real asset to anyone who is a real book lover, and seeks value for a dollar and appreciates excellent customer care, service, and support.

I love this book store! It's always very clean and well organized. The staff has always been super helpful and very friendly. They always have a huge clearance section, where even new hard back books are as cheap as $2! Great selectuokand price to be able to get or finish out a series of books you may be missing some of! They have a huge selection of stuff, to new just released books, childrens books and Bible, college text books, adult coloring books, to books of all types! Also have magazines and newspapers, places to sit and review books before you purchase them. And even have a coffee shop inside! They have little toys for the kids and neat little gifts or stocking stuffers! Books a million is awesome! Recommend to everybody who loves to read or just needs a particular book.

The staff helped me find a really obscure book and they walked to it as if they already knew I was going to ask for it. Friendly, helpful staff. I can't remember her name, but homegirl with the short hair and I think nose ring (maybe?) was super awesome.

I came not looking for a book, something that would be found under a general category. I found it and the category that would have it. The categories looked very specific and didn’t need sub categories to define the range at all. This made the process very easy. Also the aisles are wide and spacious, very organized and merchandise was spilling on the floors due to the abundance of products available. The only things I could determine from just being in earshot from the cashier was that they care and offer their club you may join to get a huge 10% off discount. Everyone that went through the line got this valuable information on what a great opportunity it was , yes yes yes. With all this great customer service it made the line back up a bit, but it beats online bookstores or a local reseller.

One of my favourite stores. They have books, magazines, manga, t-shirts, games, coffee, and so much more. The atmosphere is really nice. The coffee makes the place smell great and it is super good. If you need help with something feel free to ask the workers. They are always super friendly and helpful. I could easily spend all day in one of these stores. If they don't have the book you want it is super easy to order off their online store. All in all this place is just fantastic. I would highly recommend this to any reader. Also their giftcards are really great gifts to readers in your family. 10/10 would recommend.

Such a cool place. They have tons of books and all kinds of merchandise to go with them! Although I do most of my reading digitally these day, I really enjoyed visiting and finding new things for my collections. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Always enjoy coming here. The selection of books is great, the layout is easy to navigate, the staff is always very courteous and helpful. Overall it's just a very good experience. On a side note, the coffee shop attached inside it is fantastic as well, their frappuccinos are the best. If they dont have the book your looking for, 9 out of 10 times they'll be able to order it and have it to you within 3 to 4 days.
