The guys that came to our house was very nice and informative. They found the problem right away and had it fixed in no time. We have used Hiller before and have always had great results. We will continue to use them and would recommend them to anyone. Thanks for the great experience!!

I had an issue with toilet backing up through shower and bathtub from a clog. Called on a Sunday night and person I called initially said schedule for night was full but knowing my situation with water continuing to pressure up through toilet rep made some calls and had someone out to me that night. The plumber that came out was very nice to work with and got me going cleared up so that I was not dealing with the issue all night. Great service all around.

The technicians are always punctual, if not early. Every single one has been courteous and friendly, as well as very competent. Today’s technicians were no exception. I can’t tell you what a relief it is to be a part of the Hiller program that gives me priority. It’s peace of mind; like having an uncle nearby who comes when I call when a sink is clogged or an appliance breaks.

Dylan Bradford was very personable and professional. He has serviced us before and is always very detailed in explaining the process needed and also the task performed. I would definitely recommend.

Plumbing problems during to inclement weather. I was contacted with minutes. Appointment set and tech called and arrived at exact time. After assessing the problem returned next day. I was informed all along the way what was needed and prices. Tech was personable, knowledgeable, and worked long after dark. Extremely pleased with service and assistance with financing.

Excellent service with Eric Perez. he definitely knew what he was talking about, he was efficient, he fixed everything right then, and then he also called out the consultant to give me a quote about fixing all the things that were messed up underneath my house. The whole experience was very good. Again, everyone was very likable, and really helped make things happen.

I'm very happy with the service from Hiller. They let me know the service tech was delayed and then informed me when he was on the way. William was neat and professional in appearance and demeanor. After determining the problem and explaining the solution he was able to quickly complete the necessary work. I highly recommend the people of Hiller.

Had a great experience with Hiller, starting with salesman John, picking and delivering the right unit for the job and money, the installers were unbelievably professional, the finished product was a picture of perfection. I called this morning and customer service was very quick and very nice. Within the hour they were here and getting things fixed. We had a gas leak which caused us to not have heat during this snowy and icy weather. They were very concerned with helping us get heat and a few hours later had heat and all leaks fixed. Kenneth Durbin, Jesse, and Nick were so very professional and kind. Kenneth came out to my house twice today in the snow and ice to get things fixed and heat going. Thank you Kenneth!! They did a great job and I will be using them from now on. I am so grateful for all they did today!!

We called and they sent out Dylan Bradford from Hiller, he informed us how he could fix our plumbing problem answered all questions we had,informed us all the plans they had and what it covered,told us of financing plans if needed--he really was super nice and smart about everything the company does. Excellent young man! We love how quickly he got here and appreciate it. We now have a plan with the Happy Hiller Club---Thanks Dylan and Hiller

William Hurst was beyond helpful and efficient. He was able to come early and explained everything in great detail to ensure transparency also taking the time to make sure I understood completely. He saved my house from catching fire and that forever has my gratitude. Second time using this company and always highly recommend them to anyone who needs services they offer. Thank you again!

Seth and co-worker did an awesome job. They worked hard, explained any/all issues as they went along. They were courteous and overall did an outstanding job.

We had Hiller come out and do some electrical, plumbing and HVAC work for us on a newly purchased house. The teams and people involved worked with us and the challenges that came up gracefully and efficiently! They were also friendly and communicative with updates and status.

I’d been trying to get someone to come out and replace a few outlets and get some information on portable heaters for several weeks. I finally got online and found Hiller. A REAL PERSON ANSWERED THE PHONE and a day later my electrical issues are solved. COMMUNICATION IS KEY! They sent Electrician William Hurst to my home. He was courteous, personable, knowledgeable and addressed all of my issues. I also spoke with Lisa the day I called for an appointment, and she was incredibly helpful and organized, not to mention very kind.
In this day and age, a company like Hiller is a welcome change.

Our house has a concrete foundation, which had all the water lines under the concrete. About 2 years ago we had a water leak in our bedroom. We emptied out room, pulled up the new flooring, and jackhammered a hole in the concrete to repair the water leak by brazing the hole shut in the copper water line. Well the leak came back last week in the same place. I called Hiller and they sent a guy out. I told him this time I was NOT going to jackhammer a hole in the concrete floor again and he told me about the slab elimination process they have. So they sent out a crew and they ran new water lines from the water meter and above the ceiling bypassing all the copper lines under the concrete slab. They hooked all the water fixtures back up and checked everything. The job took 3 full days. I’m very happy with the work! I’ll never have to worry about water leaking below my concrete floor again. Thanks to Brandon, Seth, Henry, Cody and the Hiller team for a job well done‼

Technician Chris Nichols was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Gave us different solutions to our HAVAC problem and his opinion on what he thought what would be the best way to go but never tried to influence us on our decision. Thank you Chris for answering all our questions.

I am a Hiller fan and use them more frequently than any other service provider. I've had good job and jobs that were just okay, but overall I reccomend business with Hiller. Technicians are knowledgeable, on-time, and professional. I've compared their quotes to other companies and they are competitive. If they mess up they show up quickly and fix it. Their scheduling team members are great.
