Buckle

I was in Jackson with my 14 year old daughter. We were shopping and as we walked passed Buckle my daughter noticed some jeans she liked in the window.

We walked in and the sales girl Sara Beth attended us right away. My daughter and her quickly connected and the hunt was underway to get my daughter some jeans. Sara Beth went above and beyond to attend to my daughter. She was so friendly.

She ended up selling me a pair of jeans as well.

When we left my daughter said, Dad, if i ever work at a store like this, i hope im as good a person as Sara Beth. Can we go get her a gift. I said what do you have in mind? She said lets take her a Starbucks gift card. Dad she was so nice and helpful. Ive never felt this good shopping. We went on to get a card and my daughter took it in to her.

Buckle you have a gem of an employee who left a 14 year old Texas girl in awe and inspired. Hope you all hold on to her.

If we are ever visiting Jackson again my daughter hopes to go back and shop at the jackson, Tennessee, Buckle .

This is a posh, cute store with great shoes, hats and clothing! I love it and you will too!!!

Came into this store just expecting to browse around. Was approached by a salesperson,Jordan, and she started making suggestions I was apprehensive with at first. Ended up with an entire new gorgeous outfit. Overall experience was fun and made me feel beautiful! Will definitely come back

10/10 Expirence with back to school shopping, and exchange. Husband ordered some clothes for our daughter in the wrong size and Ryan was very knowledgable, friendly, and a great help. I was very please with the visit that day. Everywhere needs a Ryan in their store. Thank you!

Coi and her team were very friendly and so helpful today! I came in for a change of shoes and walked out with a full outfit. Coi recommend some other jeans to try on in my next visit based on what I purchased today. I will be back!

I usually don't post stuff but I have to say the staff at Buckle are hands down the best people. They are so helpful so nice and actually remember me by name. Everytime I go in im greeted and helped out by all staff. If I didn't live so far away I'd get a job working there because I always walk out with a smile.

I don't even have any idea where this place is located much less having been there to give a review. However, for some reason Google seems confident I must have gone in my sleep or some such nonsense. I am simply trying to stop Google from asking me 5 or 6 times a day to rate the place though I have been telling them for the last month that I haven't been there. If this doesn't do the trick, I may be forced to take another look at iPhones.

Very polite & helpful. My Son is well over 6 feet tall & I had a very hard time buying pants for him......Until I found The Buckle! I may pay a lil more for the jeans but the end result is well worth it.

The staff is very helpful but sometimes it can be a bit overwhelming to have so much attention focused on you. They are very knowledgeable about their products being able to point you in the direction of the exact styles you are seeking. They carry all of the latest fashions from top brand name designers, like rock revival, affliction, ariat, Hurley, Oakley, ect. Although the prices are a little high the quality of the products is exceptional and they are the newest styles that you won't find anywhere else you get what you pay for. They offer free alterations for a precision fit. They offer men's ,women's, and children's clothing as well as men's and women's shoes fragrances and accessories. My wife and I love Buckle we love shopping here. Its conveniently located in the Old Hickory Mall in Jackson Tn.

The store was stocked and clean. The employees were nice and helpful. I found exactly what I needed and the price wasn't too bad.
