We were looking for a sound bar, but we didn't know anything about them. A young man took the time to show us several different types on display, so we could hear the different sound they had. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. We decided on a Samsung with a subwoofer that sounds great. I asked his name so he would get commission. Surprisingly, he said that's not necessary, we don't work on commission. So, he did all that just to be kind, and I didn't get his name to brag on him. Chris, the car audio specialist, was amazing. He is very knowledgeable and did a great job on my little Fiat. The new speakers that were installed sound AMAZING compared to the factory set. He also installed a new head unit which I love! He even helped me get my subwoofer working again, after it blew the AGU fuse. I waited almost 3 weeks for this installation, due to my schedule and now that I have gotten it done... I am 100% happy. I can't stop smiling when I drive now. I'm excited to get back into my car tomorrow and listen to my new speakers! I will definitely be coming back to Chris for any future upgrades that I have. Hopefully will be some new subs soon.

Replaced 75 inch Hisense google TV for a 75 inch TCL google TV due to popping noise in speakers. The TCL has no problems. Really satisfied with the google platform.

Best Buy is a good place to buy electronics, to help with televisions, telephones, ring doorbells, and many other things that will absolutely help everyone in their daily lives. My husband needed printer ink, today. If they don't have something in store they will help you get it mailed to your home. Pretty cool.

I had ordered an item online during the tax free weekend. When I reviewed it after I got notification that it was in, I noticed it was on sale. They made the process to get that credit for the difference painless when I picked up the item. Great customer service and assistance.

Best buy used to be a place I avoided at all costs, no pun intended. Their prices were always high and I could always find whatever I wanted somewhere else significantly cheaper. But I guess that has changed. We were in the market for a new TV and after doing extensive research I had settled on the TCL 6 series. But when the salesperson Matt showed me that I could get a Sony X85K of the same size for $100 more and I saw the difference in picture quality, there was nothing to talk about. I checked Amazon to make sure that I wasn't getting screwed and the price was the same, so we bought the Sony right on the spot. Many thanks to Matt and Best buy for pointing me in the right direction, my wife and I are thrilled.
