Shopping at Old Navy is great! They have such great selections to choose from. You can shop for the entire family in one store!

Ok, I'm giving these guys 5 stars, because the employees deserve it for helping me as they did, but Old Navy needs to either hire some employees at the Jackson store. That or they need to make the others who work there start doing their jobs if they aren't. It was SEVERAL days after Christmas, and they still had returned or swapped clothing EVERYWHERE behind their counter. The two poor girls working couldn't organize or pick up the rest of the store for trying to get rid of all the returns that had piled up. I feel like I may have even found something I liked more that wasn't on the shelves or hanging up, but rather lying in that huge pile! The girls were still very helpful though. They were very patient in speaking to me which I did not expect considering it was quite busy. One even took the time to recommend where to look for some things I had in mind that I wanted so I didn't have to hunt all over that store for them. They did a great job and I will be back. Hopefully by my next visit the company will get that store put back together. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I love old navy! So many nice things, dresses, shoes, jewelry, socks! Every time I go I spend over $200 , but the sales are awesome!!

Very nice and easy place to shop.
But pricey! But if you use the coupons and store discounts... you'll save tons of money.

Love the 50% sales on store wide. Great time to get those jackets for next year too. Always have what I am looking for at a great price. The staff is always helpful when have questions on what is part of the sale.

Found a few things that we needed for our sons for our wedding and once the cashier found out we were getting married she gave us a "wedding" discount. Never heard of such. Very pleasant surprise!

Been coming here for years they have alot of good deals. My kids were recently upset to find out that they had taken the big bouncy ball vending machine out unfortunately. Hoping to see it make a come back soon.

Asked an employee for assistance, he did not assist. He said, maybe two words. Found what I was looking for, checked out and left. Cashier was nice and helpful.

My almost 15 yr old daughter and I love this place, not too expensive and they have deals there and the clothes are amazing and beautiful.
