Kroger

This is the best Kroger store in Jackson! We love the cheese department. We can always find the cheese we need there. We also love the meat department. The staff is always so helpful and will always take the time to help you find what you need. The seafood is always great. The seafood manager is wonderful and also her assistant manager he is so helpful and friendly. Very clean and organized store. Produce is always fresh. We like their fresh mushroom selections.

First time shopping this store. Omg I love it! So much more selection than other big box stores! Produce section was disappointing. Not a big selection. Everything else was top notch! Will definitely be my go to Kroger when in Jackson!

I love this store and location 😍! I always do my grocery shopping here every Sunday, because that's when Kroger gets new products shipped in for restocking. However I was with my brother yesterday getting some last minute groceries for a recipe for dinner and a very rude cashier that was in charge of running the shelf check out lanes was very rude to us because she thought that we were kids messing around with the checkouts. She very rudely asked us what we were doing and not be pushing buttons on the check outs. We had to tell her that we are adults and just getting groceries and no apologies from her. I sadly can't remember her name, I wished I did though.

Quick in and out. Found what I needed, no fuss, no muss.

My favorite of the Jackson area Kroger's by far. The pick-up associates are always on it, very friendly and by the book, no surprise questions or uncomfortableness at all. There are several pick-up associates I have had and all of them are stellar. Aaron rocks! The inside of the store is also great! Clean, organized, with a huge produce section and ample grab-and-go foods to be found in the deli.

I have been in hundreds of Krogers throughout the country for work, and I can confidently say this is the nicest one I've been to. It's very big, and has a huge selection of products, including ones I've not seen anywhere else, and the shelves are always well-stocked. My favorite thing about this Kroger is, admittedly, the carts. They are so nice and new, and made of plastic, so they're not rickety or squeak/scrape against the ground. I highly recommend shopping here, as opposed to the other two nearby!

Clean store, fast check-out, friendly staff

Kroger is by far the best grocers to shop nearby, the prices are fair and always good quality cuts of meats. It's just your all in one place to shop.

I love everything about my Kroger. Digital coupons, daily reduced items for being a minute old, friendly employees, great price of store brand items, and wow, so much more. There is never a long wait to check out, the entire store is clean, and there is at least 1 and usually a few employees in EVERY department available for whatever I need. Freshest produce and meat in town. Been coming for a year and I pass by 3 other grocery stores to get here.

It's a grocery store. You've been to one you've been to em all. I went at 1pm on a Monday in January- the weather was nice. It's a fairly decent time, not to crowded. Kids are in school, the older customer crowd passed through already so it was a great time for light to moderate shopping. The shelves and freezers weren't as stocked as I've seen them before and not many quick sales. There was a little stocking taking place-nothing that interrupted shopping; and not many registers were open so out was a longer wait so I self checked out. I didn't interact with any associates of the store so not rating customer service.

Outstanding variety of foods...clean and well organized.. prices are good they offer plenty of coupons for a little extra savings. Also has a sushi and hot food bar.. Soups and Salads with a dine in area.. Over all awesome place to grocery shop..

Fresh produce dept is most often perfect. I have always found what I wanted in stock and usually perfectly fresh. Seems that the old tired veggies are "retired" by associates before they begin to get too limp, which is always good.
Freezer section I do not usually visit but for small packs of frozen peas, etc, and some times the stock seems a little sparse. But I can roll with it.
The fresh fish and meat section are just as I would expect. This far from the sea, fresh fish are a flexible commodity and I cannot find what I want sometimes. But this is not a store in Maine. It's good enough for me. Canned and packaged dept is beyond compare. OUtside of visiting an international market - nearest is in Germantown, more than an hour away - the store has everything I need.

Whatever all that might sound like, the best thing about this store is the people who work there. I've always had a good time when I've had to "interact" with associates. In some stores it's like they just don't know or they don't really care. A smile, a welcome... and good help when I need it? What more could a gal ask for? Customer service? It's there in spades.

Great store with a huge variety of products. They truly have the BEST sushi in town, the guy who makes it is so nice and talented! The employees at the self checkout are always so nice and helpful.

Impressed! Produce is fresh, gorgeous, and plentiful. He wide selection of goods throughout the store is wonderful and unlike any I have seen in Jackson. It is fabulous when making meals and recipies from other cultures to be able to find ingredients on their shelves. Keep up the good work!

This is my favorite Kroger location around. They have an excellent and vast selection of organic foods, all grouped together in one department of the store since they remodeled a couple of years back. I can ALWAYS get in and out quickly when I need to and have never had an unpleasant experience with anyone or anything in the store. I would recommend this store to everyone new to the Jackson area for their grocery shopping needs. Also, I use my Kroger Shopping Card regularly and it's saved me A TON of money in gas in recent years.

My favorite grocery store and pharmacy!!!

The main store I shop at for groceries. Well laid out and managed. Never had any issues with the employees or selection of products. The lines can back up considerably during peak hours but i have never waited more than 5-7 minutes with the place completely packed!
