I had a great experience at the Lowe's in Jackson today. I asked where concrete blocks were and was directed to 20. I looked up and down the aisles but could not find the type of blocks I needed. I saw an associate walking by and asked if he could give me some help. Ryan was able to look up and scan the numbers of the item I needed and discovered they were in the back. They would need to get a tow motor to bring them out. I received great service from RYAN, John, Boone, Carter and Mickel. Highly impressed with this store for going above and beyond to acquire, assist, and load the blocks. Don't waste your time at the competitors. For great service, go to Lowe's in Vann Dr. Jackson TN.

The staff at Lowe's in Millington is very helpful whenever you can find someone to assist you. They are very knowledgeable about where the products can be found. They will walk with you when necessary. If need be, they will tell you exactly what aisle to find what you are searching.

I love shopping at Lowes! They have a huge variety of plants, planters, miracle grow soil, bird seed, bird feeders. The workers are always very helpful, if they don't know where something is they look it up and then you get what you came there for. We have gone to several nurseries over the years and the flowers and trees we have bought from Lowes always thrive way better!

SHOUT OUT to Cole!!!!!!!! I visited Lowe's in South Jackson and had the opportunity to receive GREAT hospitality from Cole. I had a project to complete, had no idea what to do. Cole showed up and saved the day. He was so patient and kind, told me what to do, as well as took the time for me to repeat what to do to make sure I understood. Well, SHOUT OUT to Cole. This Mom has never laid ceramic tiles, but after watching several DIY videos online and the helpful suggestions/tips/grout color recommendation from Mr. Sandeep at Lowe's in Jackson, I felt confident I could do this and they turned out even more beautiful than I imagined in our upstairs and downstairs bathrooms!

Helped a coworker get a new washer tonight, and Caycee was amazingly patient (I was translating for coworker) and helpful! We got in and out in less than an hour, with delivery and everything. Thank you!

Robin in the Garden center is underplayed however much she is getting paid. Friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond. Not only did she help me hand load 40 80 lb bags of gravel into the bed of my truck she walked my grandma to her car, put her stool down for her step, helped her get into the car and fastened her in. She did it all with a smile. In the world we live in service like she provided is almost extinct.

Robin deserves to be recognized for her work. As a manager myself people like this either move up or move on. Hopefully Lowe’s knows what to do when you have a dedicated employee like Robin.

I can't remember the young ladies name but she is a angel 😇 she had a profound effect on me I'm so grateful I got to meet her she was so helpful and polite give her a promotion she is great for the Lowe's team

We had a great salesperson, so it made for a great day. Our delivery guys came in and connected our washer and freezer in no time at all. They even swept up where they removed the old washer. We would definitely buy our home needs from Lowe's!!

The staff is friendly courteous knowledgeable and respectful the store is well kept even in my wheelchair I could get around in it

I went to get a few more things to finish out my Mother's bathroom, putting in a tub to shower conversion.
Workers were busy talking. But a nice good-looking gentleman helped me get a piece of backerboard & then went and got a worker to come help me.

I was fortunate enough to encounter an absolute blessing and her name is Connie. Connie has been with Lowe's since 1985 and goes above and beyond for her customers. Connie is very knowledgeable and listens and has options that you might not have thought of. Thanks for all of your assistance and making the customer feel like they are the top priority. They are great. The girl at the customer service desk she had black hair with green on top forgot her little name but she was awesome. She smile greeted us and just ask us how he was doing awesome people. And we self checked out a few items in the lady there was very helpful also got to get names next time good job...

Yearlynn, I appreciate you so much. I was amazed by your knowledge of all the different saws. My husband was with me, but I’m the power tools user. He can use screwdrivers, pliers, and glue. 😂😂❤
