Lowe's Home Improvement

I went into this store to get some items needed for a home project. The staff was very helpful, I truly enjoyed the checkout process, A helpful associate was very sincere, asking about how everything was going etc. This person was very genuine!
In closing, Some stores can use all the AI they want but that will NEVER replace a true human customer experience!

I can never seem to have enough plants! I just think they are so beautiful and I keep buying more! Today I bought some great smelling lillies, they are perennials so they will come back every year. I saw so many beautiful flowers and plants. Lowes really has beautiful selection!

These 🌳 are a little cheaper than Walmart's, they look good also. This was my second Lowe's I went to because the first one didn't have what I needed even though the website said they had it in stock. I ask the associate to look and see what other surrounding Lowe's had what I needed. Went to second store and they had exactly what I needed, wasn't that crowded, half the customers and workers was wearing mask. Was able to check out fairly quick.

I bought a lever handle doorknob. Easier to open than a twist type.

This is the BEST Lowe’s in Jackson! The co-workers at this location are dedicated and friendly. The garden staff are knowledgeable and kind. The store is spotless and welcoming. I live closer to the Vann Drive location but choose this one for the service!

It's lowes need I say more. They usually have what I'm looking for in stock. If you look online and they say it's available in store I'd call first their online lies a whole lot.

We visited this location multiple times this weekend as we were moving our daughter into a duplex near Freed Hardeman University. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Every staff member we saw would ask how they could help or were we finding what we were looking for. So refreshing to encounter staff members that strive to accommodate the customer in every way. Y’all Rock!

They had just what I needed to get the job done out of town. I was on a road job and barely had time to breathe that day.

Jordan in doors helped us almost instantly and went above and beyond to help us get what we needed.

Employees were nice. They don't have a very big selection of Christmas stuff.

Customer Service was awesome best service I've had in a long time. Kenny and Paul was beyond helpful with knowledge and experience. My family was pleased with the way we were treated. We're still waiting on one of our appliances that wasn't available but it's all good 👌🏽 👍🏾 😊 ☺ 🙂 😎 🤩😍

Every time I go in Lowe's in Bemis, Tennessee I get nothing but the very best service. The people that work the garden center are absolutely awesome Tonya and that others are very intelligent. They know their stuff and are always willing to go the extra mile. The other day I was in there shopping for our church. And since it's cold out right now, the ladies were working the other part of the store and Tanya and the others were absolutely awesome. They were right on key and were very helpful and informative. we're very lucky to have them .all

As always, I stopped by the Lowe's in South Jackson, TN today to pickup some items I needed and I was met with a associate that asked me if I needed help to find what I needed. I told her I knew where it was and thanked her. During check out I was having a little trouble with scanning my D/L and again I had this nice associate come up to me and asked me if she could help, I said yes ma'am. With a few clicks she had me fixed and I was on my way. I wished I could have gotten their names but they know who they are when I say, thank you for your help and what you do everyday for all the other Veterans that come through that door.

Over been working in Jackson, tn for almost tire months and I've been going to the Lowe's on Highland Ave. They have a great staff, they're checking if you found what you need. They actually sell what they're doing and take you where the Swiss you're looking for are located. I wish the stores at bigger cities were like this
