RockWell Fitness

I love RockWell Fitness! I joined their 6-week challenge and I’m so glad I did.

This gym has everything. In addition to all the aerobic and weight machines, free weights, class rooms and training area, they have physical therapy, a sauna, red light therapy, and a smoothie bar!

Working with Travis has been a great experience. He takes the time to understand your specific needs and he clearly has a real passion for helping his clients achieve their goals.

In 6 weeks I have seen significant improvements in my strength, endurance, and overall fitness level. I highly recommend RockWell Fitness and Travis to anyone looking to take their fitness journey to the next level.

I completed the 6 week challenge in February. The program really helped me with forming good habits regarding nutrition and portion control. After 6 weeks I felt like I had more energy, my clothes fit better, and I lost about 15 lbs. I would recommend this program to anyone who is looking to get in shape but needs a little extra accountability to keep them focused on their goals.

I've had a membership at Rockwell for about 4 months and it has been great. Ive seen lots of progress being able to access any machine needed to target each muscle group. Theres plenty of equipment for guests and the gym is always nice and clean. Definitely would recommend!

I visited Rockwell Fitness tonight. They had the absolute best front desk assistant named Bethany who showed me the gym. It is very nice and I hope to sign up soon to get fit! I also met an awesome trainer named Jeff. Rockwell Rocks!

Jeff is a great instructor and motivator. In a short time, he showed me many different movements and taught me how to examine and follow a diet plan. Excellent and highly recommended. Thank you , Jeff!

Rockwell is a Staple for Fitness Centers in Severna Park. Very family Oriented and fun.

My son is on the Rockwell youth boxing team, it has been a game changer for him. He works with coach Chuck who has helped him build self discipline and confidence in ways that nothing else ever has. The owner, Bryan, has done an amazing job of finding the right coaches and trainers for these teens. Rockwell networks with coaches and trainers from other gyms who are amateurs and professionals in their disciplines and it feels like everyone is part of the same family. I really can't say enough positive things about this place.

I love working out at Rockwell. The gym is always clean, the staff is friendly, and I can always get on any equipment I need!

Gym is clean, staff from front desk to instructors are great, friendly and always willing to help. Rockwell continues to update and bring new equipment, classes and services, so everyone has an option to fulfill their fitness goals. Conveniently located in Severna Park, with plenty of parking.

the prodigal returns! I left this small gym (when it was "the other gym") and came back to RockWell last year! LOVE it now! the staff and trainers are amazing, the facility is clean and welcoming and well - I"M HOME! I have been taking several of the classes and between the encouragement and coaching as well as the nutritional inputs, I couldn't be in a better place!!

I have been going to this facility for about two years now and honestly nothing beats it. It’s location is unlike any other and I can truly call this place my home. The staff is always welcoming, causing me to return day in and day out. I highly recommend this gym to anybody looking for one in the Severna Park area.

I switched to Rockwell from Golds some time ago now and love it. In addition to how clean and organized the place is, my experience has shown that the staff are above and beyond helpful and friendly. I have a 2 year old son that I bring with me often, and know that he is in good hands with them while I work out. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a healthy friendly environment for their family to go.

I've been a member of many of the gyms in this area and Sport Fit is by far my favorite. It's inexpensive to join and they have all the same opportunities that other gyms have plus some.

They have both free and paid classes, some of the newest types of workouts, and a friendly staff. It feels like a part of the community. After six months there, I feel as healthy as ever.

Great gym with a wonderful and positive feeling to it. They offer workout classes in groups with membership or one on one training for an extra fee. Changing room with lockers and showers. Always clean and never crowded.

I’ve been going to this gym for a long time now and the staff and workout equipment is great. Very friendly desk attendants and great management. They listen to the customers and always fix things ASAP if broken. Great location as well. Would highly recommend.

Hi I am Norah A. I am 15. I was born with loose ankles and weak muscles. I have been to multiple physical therapy places and methods. They all have helped, and I eventually improved so much I did not need it anymore. After about 3 years, we decided to have physical therapy. After trying two places with water therapy which worked okay, we switched to working out at Sport Fit. No other place has helped me better! I have a personal trainer, Susan. She is great and I my ankles are so much stronger and my balance has improved with flying colors. Sport Fit is also a great enviroment with nice people.My parents have trainers and they are great too. (Brett (my dad's trainer) and Priscilla (my mom's trainer)). The front desk workers are also very friendly. I would consider Sport Fit a great place to work if I ever get a job. Thank you Sport Fit!
