Easily the best gym in the area! Not only do the owners - Danny & Joe - take the time to personally get to know each member, they also foster an incredible sense of fun, community spirit and an inclusive atmosphere. The workouts are fast paced and effectively hit every muscle group, the coaches are accessible and the incentive/rewards programs work well to promote consistent attendance. I love everything about Park Fitness - joining was the best healthy lifestyle and overall well being decision I’ve made!

Park Fitness is by far the best gym I’ve ever been a member of! The years of knowledge and experience that the owners Danny and Joe have in the fitness industry are front and center in every aspect of the gym. From the variety and training in the workouts to the personalized greeting at the door, this gym fosters an upbeat energy that keeps you motivated and coming back. I highly recommend Park Fitness, especially to those who’ve never considered themselves to be “gym people”.

Park Fitness is a neighborhood gym where you will always feel included and welcomed. The coaches are extremely knowledgeable and adept at showing regressions and progressions to ensure each member is safely training. Get Fit classes are dynamic, fast-paced, balanced, and well-organized. Small group training sessions help members gain or maintain strength. There are numerous in-person class times to choose from throughout the week. Traveling? Not a problem; select an PF workout from the archive of recorded workouts. Classes start on time and run 45-50 minutes, allowing you to plan your day accordingly.

Members stay engaged via numerous fitness challenges and fun events. The owners, Danny and Joe, take their business very seriously but not themselves. They keep members informed about gym news and events through comedic videos, social media posts, and emails.

Bottom line, Park Fitness has been my preferred gym for over four years because it has a community feel, the owners are experts in the industry, and the coaches genuinely want to help members reach their goals. Don’t fret about your current fitness level, Park Fitness will meet you where you are today and will help you get to where you want to be!

Park Fitness is hands down the best gym i have ever belonged to and I have belonged to a lot of gyms! Everyone there is so supportive and friendly, it is not just a gym it is a community! The coaches work with all levels of fitness so if you are new to the gym experience or have worked out your whole life there is something for you! Sign up today you will not regret it!

Park Fitness is the best gym! The coaches pay close attention to your form so you are exercising correctly and won't hurt yourself. The workouts are so much fun because the coaches have them all worked out and you just do what you are told! No worrying about "hmmm... what should I do today". Everyone is so friendly and inviting.

I have been an active member of Park Fitness for 5 and a half years now and I am not a “gym” person. It is hands down the BEST place in the area to workout. It is a welcoming and supportive environment that encourages everyone to workout at their level. The coaches are knowledgeable and are always there to answer questions or suggest a modification if needed. “Just get in the door” and the rest just falls into place.

I joined this gym less than a month ago but I’ve already noticed just how different it is than your standard gym. The trainers put in the work of developing whole-body functional fitness exercises each class, all you have to do is show up! That’s perfect for someone like me who never knew which exercises I should be doing and just didn’t have the mental energy to figure it out every week. I already physically feel much better than I did before joining and I actually look forward to attending the classes. The environment is also so supportive, it doesn’t matter what your fitness level is. I highly recommend Park Fitness, especially for someone who doesn’t enjoy the typical gym atmosphere.

One year into my Park Fitness membership and it is literally one of the best decisions I have ever made regarding my health. Owners Danny and Joe are truly fitness experts who have created an enthusiastic community where everyone is welcome. They keep us updated on the latest fitness trends and they make themselves available to us with coaching calls (this is a big help with setting and achieving goals; big or small).
I am a 55+ adult who spent most of my years playing soccer and running. I was resting on my laurels with an “I know what I need to do” attitude. I needed someone to motivate me, challenge me and hold me accountable. 13 months later, I am stronger, healthier and I feel better. The Get Fit workouts are high energy, address all muscle groups with each zone always offering a modification. I am never disappointed!
Danny, Joe, Vic and Denise, thank you for all you do and for meeting me at the door (which they do for everyone at every workout).

I truly cannot say enough good things about this gym. Danny & Joe, owners/coaches, take the time to personally get to know you and your physical abilities. They structure the exercises for all ages and strengths, the advanced and the beginners. They offer multiple classes in large and small group settings, making it convenient to workout. The Get-fit classes are fun, upbeat, high-energy workouts in a large group setting, targeting all muscle groups. All you need to do is show up, take a class, and have fun while doing it! It’s perfect for someone like me who never knew what to do in a “regular gym.” The coaches have figured it out for you! And the best thing is, you are surrounded by positive people all striving for the same thing, to feel better, get fit, and get healthy. You are challenged and encouraged to be your personal best not only by the coaches, but also by your peers. Park Fitness also offers programs throughout the year on nutrition and behaviors beyond the workouts. There are Charity workouts, summer get togethers, Drop two sizes, Metabolism rewind, MEP challenges, MyZone tracking…. The list goes on and on! PF is definitely the best gym in town!

Easily the best gym in our area! Danny & Joe as well as the rest of the staff are very supportive throughout your fitness journey. Attending regularly really increases whole body strength & fitness and the classes are a great mix of exercises so it’s never a dull moment. I love diverse mix of members: older, younger and a variety of fitness levels so regardless of where you start at, there is never a reason to feel like you don’t fit in. Can’t recommend PF enough. It is life changing!!

What can I say about Park Fitness? The place makes my heart beat faster, both literally and figuratively😁. No matter my mood when I enter those doors, I always leave feeling glad I came. I’ve been a member since 2019 and the experience has only gotten better with time. From the addition of new coaches to the offerings of new programming and services, Park Fitness has a lot to offer someone who wants more from a gym than someone to greet you as you swipe your badge at the door. This is the best gym I have ever been a part of. . . Community, Support and Friendship for starters, not to mention I am motivated to go 3, 4, 5 times a week and bring my best self. The coaches are with you step by step to help with moves or modifications. This is a gym for all ages, shapes and sizes with no judgement and really amazing music. I can proudly say I can do hard things and I love going to Park Fitness!

I have been coming to Park Fitness for two years and have lost over 50 pounds. I look forward to going to the classes and I can make the workout as hard or as easy as I need based on modifications they provide or using different weights. It also makes sure I work muscles that I might not if I was working out on my own. It is more costly than other places but worth it when it is something I enjoy and I am sure to make part of my weekly routine even if it means going at 6:00 am.

I started going to Park Fitness 2 years ago. On average I go 6 days a week. The workouts are great and what is even better is the inclusive environment. No matter who you are or your stage of fitness you are encouraged and supported.

There are not enough words to say how much I LOVE this gym!! I joined a little over a month before COVID shut everything down. I said to myself “this is my luck. This is why I never stick with these things.” But…not only did I stick with it, I’m still in love with it almost four years later!!

It’s a gym experience unlike any other. Everyone knows your name, the workouts are always changing, there are challenges to keep you motivated. It’s truly the best around.

If you are looking for a clean, safe, FUN gym, with trainers who take the time to get to know you and who will work with your individual needs, Park Fitness is the place to be!!!

I have been a member of Park Fitness for almost 5 years and it has been a life-changing experience for me. For as long as I can remember, going to the gym, and working out alone, was always a chore. Park Fitness changed that mindset. Our groups are fun and social. Parkfit has put enjoyment back to working out and exercise. Plus…. It’s the only place in Severna Park where the owners greet you at the door. If you haven’t been there yet, do yourself a favor and try it out free for 7 days. You’ll love it and so will your body. In January of this year, after several years of not working out, I decided to get myself back into the habit of working out. For the past 25+ years I had always enjoyed working out on my own, I was never into "group fitness" workouts. However, after reading comments about Park Fitness and speaking to others who had joined, I figured I could at least try it out. After a couple of workouts I was hooked. Danny, Joe, and MJ (the trainers) do an amazing job of creating a fun, encouraging, and super-positive environment for working out. Park Fitness is much more than just a workout facility - they always talk about a sense of community and that is what develops once you begin attending the classes. Each workout is very unique, combining strength, aerobic conditioning, and core exercises, and for each exercise move they offer several different options if that particular exercise is too difficult or causes discomfort. The workout sessions aren't long, approximately 20 minutes total, but the combination of exercise and intensity is more than enough for a solid workout. I have worked out here beside some super athletes, and I have worked out beside some folks who have probably never worked out before, but this is a judgment-free facility and everyone is incredibly encouraging and positive. It doesn't matter what level of fitness you are starting at, Park Fitness will get you in better shape than you are currently and you'll have a great time participating. I recommend for anyone, regardless of the physical shape you are in, to give Park Fitness a try and see for yourself what this place is all about.
