The best Donuts! Every time I eat one no matter the flavor it tastes so good it makes me want to dance!

My little family and I are in Asheville for a weekend trip. We came to Ava’s Donuts for breakfast and it was wonderful. Fresh, large, yummy donuts and tons of drink options. Our 2 year old daughter LOVED it. On top of the good donuts the owner was very kind and friendly.

Great variety, excellent customer service and fairly priced. Old fashioned sour cream was amazing.

Best donuts I've ever had! I love cake donuts so... These blew my mind! So fresh and perfect and so many flavors! Original sour cream cake, blueberry cake, red velvet cake, apple crisp cake and they've got all of your classic glazed too and more! Quality and variety! Unbelievable!

Okay so I apologize for the partially eaten donut, but half way through eating it I thought "I have GOT to post a review and show people how light and airy these donuts are!"...I had the maple bacon glazed donut and it was the best I've ever had. We got three donuts for 4.50 and they threw in some donut holes for good measure ☺. Please help these guys stay in business.

We came from Charlotte and let me tell you something, the donuts were delicious.

I found this donut shop by accident and I am glad I did. It is very clean and bright. The donuts are lined up in the case beautifully. These donuts are HUGE. There are so many different flavors and you even get to choose the creme flavor for the creme donuts. I got the maple bacon and the blueberry cake. Both were fresh, fluffy and delicious! The woman working the counter was very friendly as well. Give this place a try, you won't be disappointed.

Best donut shop in Asheville in my opinion. I’ve tried every single flavor of donut that is available at this shop and none of them disappoint, in fact they go above and beyond in making delicious donuts! The prices are also cheap and they have coffee available as well to enjoy with your donuts. Staff is incredibly friendly and makes you feel like home every time you come in!

All I can day is, "OH my Gosh" These are the best and biggest donuts you could ever find. Prices are reasonable for the size of the pastries. And on top of that, the staff is super friendly. You have to go to Ava's!

Literally the best donuts around. Small, family owned/operated, seems to be female-run, and I like supporting that action. Plus, they have the best old fashion/sour cream donuts, apple fritters, and pinecones I've ever had...no hyperbole!

Damn are these good! I’ve never been to the location but a customer brought these donuts into our shop today and wow, every single one I tried was exactly what I want in my donut experience. Will definitely be stopping by the store very soon to pickup my own dozen and to try out some more flavors!

This is the most amazing place ever for filling your sweet tooth. This visit was my first time and I mean I was blown away. The flavor was amazing and the quality and service was outstanding... ill def be going back.

These donuts..... Hey you, reading this, just order some donuts and stop wondering....they're awesome. Really good fluffy donuts, large pastries, and one-offs you wouldn't expect. Got the maple bac.....baco...... Okay seriously BACON! Just eat it, and sit back in your food coma and dream of bacon, awesome. The cookies and cream was good, and so was the cinnamon sugar donut. Highly recommend for anytime of the day. Reward yourself, "you deserve a donut"

Delicious! Don’t need to say much that other reviewers haven’t said. We stopped on the way back to Florida and so glad we did. Wish they had Apple fritters, but it was later in the day so that is not unusual at a donut shop. Will definitely be back!

Excellent donuts! Tried a few varieties of their cake donuts which had a great exterior crunch and soft cake inside.

Such a hidden gem! We love Avas. The service is amazing and so friendly. The food is beyond words good. My staff loves when I get them donuts. If you have never tried them you are really missing out! I almost didn't want to write a review because they are so good I want to keep it to myself lol. We love the workers!

Never in a million years did I think I'd be writing a review on doughnuts or donuts. However you spell them. This place right here..will make you think twice before you go get in line for those frozen DD donuts or those glazed Krispy Kreme ones which are still good but this place Ava's has the best I've ever had. My absolute favorite in the two times I've been is the cinnamon crumble. Yes it's messy and it gets everywhere but the softness and deliciousness of that donut is worth all the mess it makes. It has the word crumble in it..what else would you expect? It melts in your mouth and makes you want another one. My father and I went yesterday after lunch and I had to get my cinnamon crumble. This was only the second time Id been here but my first experience was so amazingly great, I'd gladly come back. I got the last two red velvet ones for my kids and my dad got hos usual sour cream. I heard how great the bear claw is so I got the last one and my dad got an apple fritter for the next day. 6 donuts with tip out the door for $12. WORTH EVERY PENNY!🤤 I let my dad try the bear claw and that is now his new favorite. He's been there so many times to always be sold out of them and he finally was able to see how amazing they are. I'd give this place more than 5 stars if possible. Its unreal how a small shop like Ava's packed between a Salsaritas and a Starbucks can change your mind about ever wanting to wait in a drive thru for a donut. Just go here and you wont be disappointed.

SNAPSHOT = Fresh and tasty Donuts. Oversized donuts are fun. Plain cake donnuts stand out among other flavors that are very good!

Hands down the ABSOLUTE best donuts I've ever had in my life. I'd easily drive tge hour commute to get them...very light, just the right amount of sweetest, and a wide variety of flavors.

Love their eclairs with white butter cream!!
Just FYI there’s no public restroom.
