Great family feel. Perfect for a begginer or someone who wants to challenge themselves. The coaches are friendly and knowledgeable. They explain every workout including ways to modify things if you need to. We feel like a part of the community here!

I was in town for an interview and dropped in for open gym. Despite being in the middle of a workout, Sam (the owner), stopped what he was doing welcomed me, and set me loose. The box is clean, the members were friendly and introduced themselves, the the music was perfect. If and when I’m back in the area, I’m definitely stopping by for another drop-in session.

Been going to classes for 7 weeks and have seen great results in my overall fitness level. The instructors are very professional and provide detailed instruction on all the exercises for each class. The atmosphere is very relaxed and exercises are performed at everyone's own ability. Class attendees are very friendly and supportive. I would highly recommend Cross Fit Iniquus .
