WOW Don Is The Best! He Exceeded My Expectations. His Customer Service Skills Is On Point. I Didn't Know How To Transfer Everything Over From My Old Phone To My New Phone. He Stayed In That Store With Me Until Everything Was Excecuted. Most Importantly I Wanted My Notes To Transfer Over And He Tried Everything He Could. Notepad Didn't Transfer Over At The Store. When I Got Up This Morning My Notes Were There!! Thanks A Million Your The Best!!!

Had At&t service before but then I found out that cricket got the same network so I switched my line to Cricket at this store. The sales clerk was very helpful. The service is working great so far. Not to mention, i saved over $100 a month.

I was looking to switch out of sprint. I could not take their terrible network and pricing. I was browsing through few stores and saw this new store. I never heard of cricket but wanted to check it out. I found out Cricket was purchased by att so same network! That pretty much sold me! The young representative at the store was so nice and really explained me everything. I switched and got $100 bill credit and a lg stylo for $50. Could not find anything better. And the service is great so far!

I visited the Cricket in Crofton today with a unique set of issues connected to my brother's lost/stolen cellphone. Due to his residence in a nursing facility, I was unsure of what to expect. As directed by Cricket customer service, I arrived with my brother's picture ID & a complicated story. But to my relief, the sales associate Carolina P. exceeded all of my expectations. She was understanding, patient, knowledgeable, and very interested in making sure I left the store a satisfied customer. She addressed each & every one of my concerns and walked me thru everything I needed to replace his phone, allow him to keep his old #, and set up his account in a way that made me responsible for the monthly auto payments as I requested. Carolina was an answer to prayer & I am so appreciative of her assistance. Thanks so much Carolina & Cricket in Crofton!

I worked close by and saw the free phone sign outside. I had At&T, and I found out that they use the At&T network too. I switched, and now I pay $55 a month for unlimited data, which is much better than what I used to pay, which was $80 a month for 4 Gb of data. I couldn't be happier.

Had excellent service every time at the Route 3 and 450 Cricket store. And it saves me soo much more than using Verizon. Cricket used to be slower but now it is as fast as any other network (aka ATT network).

I was driving by and saw a guy was dancing and then see its a cricket store. Didnt even know they had a cricket store here. I was planning on switching from boost and went inside to see their deals. Got myself samsung prime for $30 and $100 in credit. Awesome deal and awesome service so far. Unlike boost. ANd the guy at the store was really helpful with transferring everything and making sure everything working good.

Got the new phone LG Stylo3. Vinod was really helpfull and he transferred all my data from old phone to new one. Good service ever.
