Jaime is the sweetest , most kind person I have ever met. She has helped my cat so much and I would highly recommend this clinic if u want loving care for your animal.

I highly recommend this vet! Dr.Z is very knowledgeable, the staff is so friendly and compassionate with the animals and the owners. Dr.Z was sick and still made sure our snake was cared for in any way needed. I rate the business 100/100! Dr.Z and her staff made our snake look so much better, his mood and health was so much better after the visit. They even called the next day for a follow-up on him. These people are amazing. Thank you so much for everything!

I really don’t know where to start with my review I started going to this veterinarian office when my 16-year-old Chihuahua was very sick. They took phenomenal care of her and the vets are all so very kind and knowledgeable. The staff has always treated my fur babies like Family.
But this review is because I had to take my mom‘s little toy poodle there last week for emergency surgery and hospitalization. I cannot begin to thank them enough for the care that they showed to Lucy and to my mother, who is very very attached to her dog.
Everyone there is absolutely amazing but I am going to have to give a special shout out to Dr. Zacharias She has gone so far above and beyond every time I have been there, and her kindness is next to none.

My puppy had an emergency today and i brought her here immediately having never been there before, and they were extremely comforting and helpful. They took care of her quickly, communicated to me well, and made sure all was well before sending her home with me. Their quick and professional action saved my puppy today. They answered kindly all my phone calls and nervous questions. I’m so very happy with this place and highly recommend them to anyone!

Best veterinary/groomer/boarding we’ve ever been too. So grateful we found them after moving here from GA. Our sweet pups are always so happy to come here, especially out Magnolia because she gets to play with other big dogs.

The vets and techs are wonderful. They let us bring our other dog, even though she wasn't being looked at, but suffers from separation anxiety. Explanation of diagnosis was clear and prices are reasonable. We'll definitely keep coming back.

10/10 would recommend this vet to anyone. I brought my 17 year old beagle to this vet when I moved down here. They took the best care of him and helped him with getting proper medications, food supplements, and even shampoo to help with his skin issues. When it came to putting him down they walked me through what would happen and gave me time to process/just be with him. We had only been going there for about 6 months and it had felt like we had been with them for years, by how well they took care of him and me on such a hard day. After everything I didn’t expect to hear from them until I have another dog in the future, but a week after my dog passed I received a flower delivery from them saying sorry for my loss and then I got a card in the mail with the everyone that got to know him, even the doctor saying about how special my dog was and how they felt lucky to get to know him. It meant the world to me, especially at one of the hardest times I’ve been in, with losing my best friend. You can just see how much they care for those that come in and in todays world that’s hard to find. Will definitely bring any future pets to them.

There are simply the Best! Techs are friendly, kind and supportive , Vet doctors, and the staff are probably the most professionals in 417 Land.

When first moved here had a bad experience at another Veterinary place. But we didn't really know anyone so we kept going there. Galloway was recommended with several others as alternatives. We decided to try Galloway even though it's all the way across the city for us. We could not be happier. We have 2 Aussies, and recently one of them got very, very sick. The doctor was very calm and caring and gave us the game plan and our options. She ended up saving our dogs life over the course of a few days. One thing that stood out during this time was that she wanted him to come home 1 night to be with us, and she thought it might help him. It did. He needed to be home with us, seemingly just to rest and get his spirits back up. I thought to myself, how many other vets would think outside the box to save my dog. Anyway, he's great a couple of weeks later now. In fact, both of our boys are being boarded there right now as I type. Also, their grooming services are great, too. I'm pretty sure we've been going there about 2 or 3 years now. It's one of the best decisions we've made since moving here 5 years ago. I can't recommend Galloway enough. I'd give them 10 stars if I could.

We are so thankful to have discovered Galloway Village Veterinary a few years ago. We have 1 dog and 1 cat. Aside from routine wellness visits, they have quickly and efficiently helped us anytime something comes up. They have amazing attention to detail, and expert level of care. We love the report cards to help us keep track, and the follow ups to check on progress after events.

Today was our American Eskimo Kali's first grooming with Frank and oh my goodness, he's absolutely amazing! Kali has never looked so good! Absolutely OUTSTANDING job! What a wonderful environment too! Sarah the receptionist is absolutely precious and so very sweet😊 Thank you so very much for taking such wonderful care Kali💖

We've suspected that my 14 year old dog has been struggling with arthritis. We've taken him to our vet several times to get it checked out and they had always said nothing seemed wrong. When our groomer at The Puppy Plaza voiced her concerns about his joints, she referred us to Galloway Vet. I am really glad we went here because Dr. Rust thoroughly looked him over and found several concerning issues. Now I am able to make him more comfortable and better assist him with his joint pains. Overall really happy with our experience here.

They gave my puppies the "best if care" in their boarding units.

Everyone is super friendly. It's very clean, our vet was amazing, they are very helpful and understanding. I would definitely recommend anyone to go to this place to have their fur babies cared for.

They are always so good about taking care of our socially anxious Great Dane. The boarding staff is so great, they’ve been willing to go above and beyond with our girl to ensure a good transition. For example having a couple meetings before she get boarded so the environment and people are familiar. They are so patient and I can tell they genuinely are excited when they see her and love hanging out with her whenever she gets boarded.

The vet was excellent too with our checkup. She didn’t want to push too hard and was willing to work with her to check the things that needed to be checked.

We love Galloway and wouldn’t go anywhere else!

We were in need of an emergency visit. While Galloway was unable to work us in (it was very late!) they were empathetic, gave us advice, and recommended several other vets that night be able to help. I was incredibly impressed with their compassion and courtesy, and the fact that they went out of their way to help us find a vet even though we aren't regular clients.

I cannot express our gratitude enough! Our kitten had to have emergency surgery and his recovery was going to take place at Galloway. All of the staff were compassionate, knowledgeable and always kept us informed of everything that was happening. Unfortunately our baby had complications after surgery that were just not possible to fix but I know he was in the best hands possible! The staff made an unbearable situation as easy as they could for us in every way. From his care to the planning of his cremation and they even allowed us to come in on a Sunday to say goodbye. Today we received the most beautiful flowers from the staff at Galloway. I will be recommending them to everyone I know and will from now on take any fur babies I have in the future to them for what I believe is the best care in the Springfield area! Thank you Galloway for treating us and our baby with love and compassion!

We absolutely love Galloway Village Vet! Dr. Rust is our main provider. She is incredibly sweet, and her calm, kind disposition always make us feel at ease and taken care of. The "bedside manner" of all of the providers is outstanding- they love our fur babies and are not afraid to show it! The staff is efficient, with thorough and timely communication. I can't recommend them enough!
