Ruby's / Price Cutter

The isles are wide which is nice. Staff were all friendly. Some of the liquor prices were the best I've seen in town. I will certainly be back to do more shopping.

The most helpful grocery experience I've ever had! I went there for multiple uncommon items. They had all but one. Multiple employees went above and beyond trying to help me find harissa paste. When we couldn't, they said they would order it in for next time! I'd give more than 5 stars if I could.

Love the recycling option at your front door. I used to buy two trash cans for trash disposal; now I only need one do to your recycle bins. I’m assuming the recycling option is open for customers? Since the packaging was originally purchased at your store. Every grocery store should carry recycling bins. Every cashier at this store is friendly. What a great store! What a great idea to recycle.Reduces Landfills. Creates Jobs.❤

Upscale Grocery store. Nice clean. Large variety of products. Take outs, as well as dine in. Large wine and liquor area. Very nice store.
And prepared sushi bar.

Best Gluten/Dairy free selection I have found yet! Employees are all super friendly and helpful. Love shopping here when we visit.

The broccoli cheese soup is very tasty. However, the food prices are barely tollarable. But I would eat there again.

It's a Big clean store with nice fresh veggies section and... everything else incl Ruby's. Really good comfort food near the Bistro that has domestic and craft beer (wine too) at a very good price.

They have a bar! The rest of the store is really nice, deli,salad/soup bar, bakery and meat counter.... but they have nice little bar!! 🤯 Nuff Sed! 🤙

Price Cutter is a very good grocery store. I found everything I came for and more. The clerk was very friendly and helpful in getting me the dry ice. The store was very clean and prices were very low.

Awesome place to shop, great service and the people are friendly in the area. Great selection of foods, international and local. My personal favorite is the excellent sushi bar and salad bar, I can't resist it every time I go there to shop.

Just today I went to purchase some items for the holiday weekend. As I approached the deli counter I noticed the two gentlemen behind the counter were dealing with a needy customer that was upset. They tried to help this man with his needs but he was in constant disagreement with them and finally stormed off. I heard the entire interaction and the customer was in the wrong, not the employees. When my turn came around, the two behind the counter were helpful, professional and very nice. I told them I was looking for cheese for hamburgers, but I didn’t want the normal American cheese. They let me sample some of the smoked cheeses and I settled on something I loved. They were extremely helpful and even asked if I wanted to try more before I made my decision.
I wish I would have asked for their names so I could give them the proper recognition for their service. I applaud PriceCutter on Battlefield Road for employing such amazing people. I know that their prices can be a little higher than the Walmart's of the world but I will always shop here because of the wonderful people that that work there.

I support thing grocery store as much as possible. Amazing selection

Just want to say- if you've got a service animal this is one of the very few places that welcomes them -no questions asked.

Thanks for following ADA guidelines on service animals better than 95% of the city!

Plus the employees here are super cool. Very easy to talk to. Very willing to help.

I applaud Price Cutter. This one in particular has brought us a local grocer merged with a “Whole Foods” and a specialty market all under one roof! It’s clean, the employees are friendly and helpful! My complaints would be location of merchandise..signage and positioning of products are..odd, to me, but I prefer Price Cutter to Walmart any day! Also, the Price Cutter Pharmacy staff are superb and can answer a multitude of questions! If you are looking for an excellent pharmacy in Springfield…switch now!

This was my first time in this store. The barista at the Starbucks was kind enough to show me where to find shampoo. We picked up food and cleaning supplies. Everyone was friendly.

Great service, pay a little more but really good selection.

My husband drove all the way into Springfield for very specific items that this Pricecutter always has in stock. They appeared to be out of their house tortilla chips with no salt & a manager noticed him looking. She asked him how she could help. They were completely out so she had them make a fresh batch & a bag with no salt. This may seem like not a big deal but I food sensitivities & really need chips without all the salt & such. So, thank you to PriceCutter on Battlefield, especially the manager!
