Shelby was amazing!

I came in last night around 11 and I needed to use the restroom.

This restroom was so freaking clean, I mean pristine! I even said something when I walked out cause it was the nicest gas station bathroom I've ever been I'm.

5 out of 5 stars and Shelby was amazing.

I love this gas station. I know he morning crew better and they are amazing but the evenings folks are really helpful too.

The employees are prompt, and my business there is always brief. The parking lot is generally a nightmare due to its layout and the manner in which people pull through it to other businesses on site. All in all, the building and equipment are definitely showing their age. The gas is good, and they get you in and out. I suppose that is all that matters.

Not Casey's but a close second.

The lady working the front Nancy was insinuating that we were going to steel gas .
We pulled up to the pump , and I got out to go inside to pay , my husband was at the pump getting ready to pump as he was waiting on me to pay first .
As I went inside , I was waiting in line and I heard Nancy say under her breath ( but could clearly hear her , she said “ oh NO I please don’t tell me he’s going to pump and leave “ I said to her - oh wow you have a runner ? I’d someone about to leave after they pumped ? She got her binoculars out and said , and he’s got an out of state tag too - she wrote down the pate #
She was freaking out !!!!
Anyways I stood there waiting on her to finish panicking still not knowing who she was talking about .
So finally looked at me , and I said I need to prepay on #5 60.00 please
She then perked up and said “OH that’s you ???
And I said the silver truck ? Yes that’s me !!!
I asked her if she was insinuating that we were the ones that she thought was going to pump and run ?
And she oh No , I have to take down everyone’s plate #
Because I’ve had people pump and leave a lot , and
That comes out of my cash till at the end of the day .
I looked at her in complete shock that she would even accuse us of trying or wanting to pump and run .
What doesn’t make any sense at all , is the fact that my husband was standing at the pump waiting for it to start .
I was inside trying to pay , and she told me the pump starts automatically .
When I let her try to get out of what she was trying to say to me her story changed a few times . After I paid I went outside and told my husband what just happened inside , and he said you’ve got to be kidding me ???
The pump isn’t even working or coming on , he went inside and told her and then walked out -
Nancy followed him out trying to apologize to him
And he ignored her lol
Then she starts talking to me .
Saying it’s her job to take everyone’s plate # down that gets gas there .
I told her it still did not make any sense to me at all she had time to us .
The moral of the story , we own a huge company in Dallas Texas with our HUGE company name or the truck , with the phone number as well . We own a home here in Mo. and in Texas
She could have easily gotten our info just like that, why in the world would she think we would take gas ???
We are very successful people and have never stole anything in our lives , and at this one gas station we were pretty much accused .
I’ll never go into another signal gas station ever.
And this BAD review is well deserved .
Signal you’ve lost a lot of business from us and ALL our family and friends that live here , because I will blast this review all through Social media as well .

And I hope the manager takes a look at the video to see how crazy this lady is .

Took my kid here to use the bathroom. It was gross but she had to pee. I cleaned the toilet seat as good as I could. I told the attendants that the bathroom need cleaned badly. They just ignored me, I do not recommend this place for a bathroom. Just wait to go to another place for a bathroom.

If you call someone and it’s the wrong number from a business phone you should tell them sorry and you have the wrong number. Not just hang up!
