Andy's Frozen Custard

Andy's has the best custard. It is so creamy. The staff are friendly. The atmosphere reminds me of an icecream shop my family visited when I we a child. Only improvement would be to have benches or table and chairs.

Strawana with pecans and marshmallow cream. Those magical words will change your life. Well maybe not your life, but you will not regret your choice.

The sweet and salty mix is everything. I’m getting all teary just thinking about it. 😂

But seriously, Andy’s…especially the new MSU location and Campbell locations are fantastic.

Never been to Andy’s but is was suggested by some visiting family. Not sure if I should thank them or not because the frozen custard was sooooo amazing I may never be able to drive by again without stopping in for one !

Their Concretes are all wonderful. The staff that works here is great and the service is always fast! Best custard/ice cream place in Springfield!

I couldn't believe it I was tripping over people who were down with a sickness.
And this one guy was actually embracing the orb , overall it was a great experience you just got to be careful of the windmills

My first time in Springfield and was told to have Andy's Frozen Custard, I had the Boot Daddy and what can I say except for we need Andy's Frozen Custard in Philadelphia. I loved the mixture of flavors with the freshly made custard. I could taste the freshness of the milk and the other ingredients in my mouth, it was like an explosion of flavor. I'll sure be back before heading back home.

We got the Girl Scout Thin mint....soooo good. Just wish there was a place to sit to visit with friends while we eat

Eating ice cream in the parking lot in January isn't always comfortable, but it still tastes great! Brrrr.

I ordered the ooey gooey concrete and added marshmallow creme. It was delicious. The service was great, the custard was phenomenal and I have never been disappointed by Andy's Frozen Custard. Side note, try the turtle banana split, it is amazing too.

The BEST! Whenever I visit family Andy’s is our first stop. Constantly great.

I love Andy's. Every visit to Springfield, I have to get a StrawAnna 🍓🍌🍦but everything else on the menu is delicious too. If you have an ice cream craving, go here 👍 I've been here hundreds of times and never disappointed.

Next level delicious. I had salted caramel with praline pecans and pretzels. Bought a large and had leftovers for days.

Great service! The kid was super kind and really helpful. He asked me if there was anything else he could do to help. I should have asked for less chocolate syrup into my sundae. He was polite and service was fast and effective! Kudos.

The family loves Andy's. my boys enjoy the old-fashioned freeze (your favorite soda blended in to vanilla custard). My daughter goes for the vanilla cone every time. Mom loves the key lime pie concrete (One of their seasonal flavors). And I'm working through their milkshake toppings. My favorites so far are the Oreo and the marshmallow cream. Their strawberry milkshake is decent as well.

Fast and friendly service. I had no idea how good frozen custard is until someone gifted me a gift card for Andy's. So if you haven't tried it, give it a try! They use favorite ingredients like peanut butter, brownie, caramel, banana, strawberry, blueberry. There's a variety to choose from!

Andy's is always our favorite goto for frozen custard. Recently decided to try the shakes here. definitely not disappointed with the flavor!

Andy's is always top notch yummy! Whether you're just passing through Springfield, or have tried it a thousand times...you should plan to get some more! Its always so delicious, and such a decadent treat.

I, personally, love the chocolate custard - and highly recommend getting anything with that, if you're also a chocolate lover.

You can't go wrong with Andy's Frozen Custard.
