Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store

My first time at a Braum's and I was delighted. The bacon cheeseburger was FAST, hot and delicious. Same price as a large sandwich at every other fast food chain but far superior. Also had a chocolate malt which was good but could have really used more malt for my personal taste. If I'm out & about, needing food in the midst of my errands Braum's is my new go-to. Highly recommend. I didn't stay for the atmosphere but giving 5 stars on that for the cleanliness of both the dining room and the restroom.

Had a breakfast sandwich. Made fresh. Tasted great. This is my go to place for burgers and ice cream. I love a rocky road on a waffle cone!!

Love the Chocolate shakes.. All of their food is good & the only recommendations that I will share is just pay attention to the orders, when someone orders a sweat Tea not unsweat or Fries with NO Salt... But don't misunderstand, Braum's is REALLY GOOD.. Thank you for all you do.

The Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store has the BEST dairy products in town - especially their milk, eggnog, and soft serve yogurt!

It doesn't seem like much when you look at the menu, but the food at this place is delicious!! When you order a burger, you get to choose between a hamburger patty, a fried chicken breast, or a grilled chicken breast. These are big, juicy sandwiches! The ice cream is generously served, affordable, and luxuriously delicious. There's even a little store where you can get snacks, sandwich makings, beverages, and more of that wonderful ice cream.

Outstanding food which was only eclipsed by the incredible service. Genuine smiles and great prices for wholesome food made it an amazing experience.

Excellent! My son and I enjoyed our meal very much and talked about how our ice cream cones were really, really good!!

The only downside is when it's super busy and you are trying to just get ice cream they ignore you for the people who are getting meals too. I waited for over 20 minutes just for a few ice cream cups to take home! The food is still always delicious and the staff is friendly but needs to be more courteous and observant with how long people are standing at the counter area.

Kendra is one of the most amazing service oriented focused people I’ve ever experienced in my travels she needs a raise. I saw her handle a situation with her customer she was stellar you can’t find employees like this hardly anymore definitely an allstar.

I don't eat fast food very often, but Braum's is my favorite. They are better than McD, BK, Wendy, What a B, and Five Guys, IMHO

I had the 4 cheeseburger, fries, and chocolate shake. Exactly as expected. Would definitely go back. Cute atmosphere, friendly staff.

Our favorite place for daddy/daughter time. FYI if you have never had chocolate and orange sherbet on a waffle cone, your not live life correctly. Chocolate had to be the bottom scoop.

Great service as always. Anytime I'm able to get back home to Springfield, I will always stop in.

Food was pretty tasty. Got the grilled chicken club and fries with a drink. Was a little less than $9 for my meal which honestly seemed pretty reasonable. The lady who took my order was kind and polite and the entire staff seemed like they were all in pretty high spirits. A good experience all across the board.

This place never disappoints. It's a stable, family-friendly business that is always on my list of places to go. Their grocery section is so very handy while you're there.

Always friendly and a hell of a lot better than most other fast food breakfast. Tastes fresh. I get the Breakfast Burrito, sub sausage for Ham. Salsa packet is a must! My total is under $4

Everything is was great....And especially the strawberry ice cream, it was to die for and that's coming from someone that doesn't eat ice cream
