Anita in the HR department was amazing! Springfield target was not answering any calls and declining our calls but she helped us more than the actual store. Thank you Anita for your help, but for the Springfield store, you need to do better!

This is not quite a “Super Target” but this location does have a significant grocery section. I wish we had another Target in the Springfield area. This one is always very busy. They have a CVS pharmacy. There’s a Starbucks and Pizza Hut near the checkout area. This Target has a large electronic section. Plenty of flat screens, video games, all the iPhone accessories.

Target has nice home decor for the price range. A lot of their decor has a modern flair. The shopping experience here is more pleasant than the competition.

Fun place to go, it's always clean and stuff on sale constantly. Someone is their to always ask you if you need help. Walmart used to do that, now you can't find help to save your life. The food section is over priced. But if your dropping Benjamin's on some snacks at Targé then you ain't worried about cash money.

I went shopping with my 8 year old on Christmas Eve for last minute gifts when it was super packed and we had a great experience. Being at Target felt like being at the mall, Sephora, cute outfits, Starbucks; everything was clean and good customer service. A cashier named Katherin literally went above and beyond to help my daughter and me find the Pokémon toy she was looking for. On top of that she informed me about the Target app and showed me ways I can save money on there in the future. Despite having a long line she took the time to make me and my daughter feel special. Special S/O to Katherin!

Love Tarjay. Awesome selections and great price ranges for all budgets. Something for everyone. I can always find Hello Kitty merchandise when shopping 🛒 at Target.🎯

We haven't shopped here in a few years and did the parking lot pick up for an order. They were fast and efficient, very impressive!

Love target. Hate their lines. Never enough self check or regular check lines open. It's the only reason I don't shop here for everything. Their lines are always backed way up

Target is always good. Things are easy to find. Prices are comparable to other chains. Great service.

Super busy like normal. Found what I came for easily and self check out was fairly quick.

This store has had a complete makeover and it is beautiful! It literally looks like you are waking into a high end store but not paying the high end prices. The staff is helpful and nice. The store is stocked with everything I need from makeup to groceries. I love the ability to shop in one place.

Online great prices in stock, only took a few minutes to pick them up in the store

I’ve always loved Target. Their Target exclusive lines, cleaning products, self care and stationery departments are spot in. Unlike Walmart, Target really curates their products so that guests are always able to find something new and interesting. I also appreciate how progressive the company is. In an area that’s increasingly hostile to certain groups, Target seems to take extra care of them as team members.

Also, the new remodel is fantastic! A truly modernized store with excellent use of space. Lots of interactive feature areas, with focus on home furnishings, beauty and entertainment. Feels like something I’d expect to experience when I lived on the west coast, much needed in the Midwest.

Always clean, employees are always friendly, and go out of their way to be helpful.

Amazing customer service!! Angela, Priscilla and Marty! Had to make an exchange and they stuck with us the whole time, helped us carry in and out the returned item and all worked together to make it a success! Give them all a raise!

I was looking for a specific style of handbag. They had one that fit the bill, but I didn't really like the color. An employee named Ariana went to the back, and got me another in black that was just being unpacked. She was so nice to do that! Really appreciate her assistance and willingness to help me.
