Natural Grocers

Good value, although seems to be decreasing of recent, for a variety of organic produce (everything they carry in produce is organic). In pricing transparency, better than my experiences at the local Ozarks farmer's market. Better produce selection than other box chains in the area.

The prepackaged and freezer sections are less of a bargain, so I stick to the fresh produce from here almost exclusively.

This grocery market is a welcome addition to the Springfield area for health conscious individuals and those who require a specialized diet.

My wife and I shop here on occasion. We find a few items that we can't purchase at other grocery stores. The store is clean and bright, and generally well stocked. Be prepared to pay more for your groceries at this store. Organic and healthy foods come with a higher price.

It’s Halloween night. My boyfriend and I want to carve pumpkins together for Halloween. Now, should I have previously bought pumpkins to carve? Yes. Did I? No. So, there I was on Halloween, about to cry because I could not find pumpkins ANYWHERE. I called just about every grocery store in Springfield, physically went to 4 stores, and no pumpkins. I was just about to lose hope. That was until the lovely person from Natural Grocers answered the phone and told me they had several pumpkins left. My boyfriend and I raced to Natural Grocers, and lo and behold… SEVERAL PUMPKINS. I was half expecting to find all of the ugly pumpkins left, but no!! The pumpkins we got were big and round. Perfect for carving. AND they were well priced. $6.98 for two pumpkins. Natural Grocers saved my Halloween. 🎃🧡

Yes the prices are higher but you get the quality. No need to check if it's organic it's all organic.

🙂 I just went into this store a couple of weeks ago and it's my go-to now. It's big and the organic produce is fresh and competitively priced. I'm getting better prices on organic fruit and eggs vs. the other popular chain in town. Even their produce bags are biodegradable! I have no idea why people are giving low ratings.

This store has a great variety and great prices! I can find some things here that I can’t find anywhere else.

I love this Natural Grocers! The shelves are always well stocked, the employees are so friendly and they have such a wide variety of food for your specific dietary needs. I never leave empty handed!

I just love Natural Grocers -and I am so thankful that they are here in Missouri. I wish they would be in every town! They are so good that I take the trip couple of times a month to the bigger cities where they are.

I love this store! Such a great selection and amazing staff! Every-time I come in I’m welcomed and helped all around the store. Eden is so helpful and so open to giving her time to assist across the store. Anytime I have questions she is always ready to find the answer. I love natural grocers for the food and the crew!

Amazing experience every time! This is what fruits and food is supposed to taste like...wholesome, full of explosive goodness. Yum! We're there about 4 times a week. Everyone at this store is always friendly and extremely helpful especially Martha, she is a treasure!!

If you go to Natural Grocers in Springfield, Missouri and you have the pleasure of meeting Martha in the check out line, I promise you will not shop anywhere else. She is a rockstar of the highest order. Enthusiastic, compassionate and genuinely interested in creating a meaningful last impression. I work retail and I noticed things like this. Martha, you are awesome!

An absolutely wonderful place to shop. The employees always make me feel welcome. Prices are higher, but I'm willing to pay for the quality of foods and this level of service.

Please consider carrying 5 Gallon Mountain Valley Water. The last place in Springfield that had it closed last month. It is very popular. We are high and dry! Thanks.

Since I've moved to Missouri, I've been hoping to find somewhere as nice as my beloved Sprouts. I really missed that store, and Natural Grocers is a perfect replacement.

There is no deli, meat counter, or bakery I that I could find, but truthfully I rarely used either of those back home. And being more honest, Sprouts's bakery usually always tricked me into spending more than needed.

Anyway, Natural Grocers thoroughly verifies every product they put on their shelves to ensure you're supporting companies that are good for you and the planet. (Which takes the guess work out of shopping) This was very comforting and has also made it easier and more affordable to shop eco friendly products. (I recommend the Caboo Bamboo paper products)

Their staff is friendly and helpful, they always go above and beyond.

I'm so glad to have such a lovely store nearby my home. I'm relieved to know I can continue helping our planet and feeding my family in a way that brings me peace of mind.

I highly recommend! (And please, buy your bulk flowers and herbs here. You'll save so much money. I couldn't believe how much they offered)
