Freshfit was cited by a national food magazine as having some of the best pancakes in the country, so I sought them out. I’m not sure we would have stopped otherwise, as it looks like just another smoothie bar. But once we did, we ate several more meals there. Their food and portion sizes are fantastic and everything is prepared fresh. Located right on the sound with waterfront tables. And the pancakes were really good too! Highly recommend.

After a weekend of heavy food, the acai bowls are a godsend. I definitely recommend going here and eating on the deck if the weather is nice. The view is spectacular and the food left me feeling satisfied but not overly full for a decent price. Highly recommend.

Breakfast was DELICIOUS!! Excited for it to get warmer out so we can sit outside next time! I got the avocado toast, turkey sausage and mushroom omelette with a side of yogurt with granola

Found this amazing cafe by driving by! It was a special treat to have gluten free breakfast options. The food was excellent, with good-sized portions, and on the healthy side. I would certainly suggest you check them out. We will be going back next time we are in the area!!

Nice spot offering healthy food and smoothies. I enjoyed vegan mushroom wrap and Valentine smoothie. My husband liked the classic breakfast with blueberry pancakes, eggs and turkey. Nice view and atmosphere.

This place was incredible! Atmosphere, food, and service were all first class. We venture to the OBX quite frequently, and this will definitely be a stop EVERY time. The only complaint was the quality of the shrimp on the toast. For being next to the sound the shrimp quality could be much better. Everything else was great. The gentleman who served us was also great at interacting with our toddler. You will not regret coming here for breakfast! DO IT!

Came to OBX for a week and stopped at a few places - this was by far the best! It’s so relaxed, you can work ( I’m remote), the food is AMAZING, healthy and fresh! I had breakfast, lunch and mimosas - everything was amazing. They have the option to buy clothes, handmade shoes ( I certainly bought a pair) and pet toys/treats. Not to mention the view, it is amazing! Highly recommend! The staff was super kind and attentive as well.

Great food!!!!! So glad we found this place. I love having healthy options while on vacation. Freshfit did not disappoint. I had trouble deciding what to pick because it all looked so good. We will definitely go back!

Great food, with a cool vibe of a healthy green menu with lots of choices for the vegetarians in our family. The carrot side salad was amazing, as was all of the food. Don't let the lack of an apparent system for ordering and serving, or the leisurely pace of the place fool you... the food is well worth it!!! Roasted chick pea wrap and carrot salad pictured...

Had the best tuna here during my Outer Banks vacation. Honestly everything I had here was amazing. I got a side of cucumbers with a mango smoothie. Great views of the sound and the service was quick and friendly. I can't wait to come back next time I am in the area.

Beautiful location, lovely interior inside and lots of nice outside seating as well. We had the Portobello Mushroom wrap plus the chicken wrap and they were both delicious! Highly recommend for a lunch or breakfast visit!

Great, fresh food and smoothies.

So happy to have found this place not far from where we’re staying. I got a tuna steak bowl and the fish was so fresh, cooked a perfect medium like I asked for. I also got the green magic smoothie and it was delicious.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The restaurant is clean and cute. The best part is the outdoor seating on the water. There are umbrellas to keep the sun out.

Definitely going to come back a time or two before I leave. Highly recommend checking them out if you’re in the area!

Excellent healthy food options. Salads, wraps, and smoothies.

Wife got the chickpea wrap and I got the turkey bacon and chicken wrap. Both large portions and really good taste.

Great selection of juices as well, we got the "cold buster" and it was delicious.

Fun location with great views of the sound. Seating is available both indoor and outdoors.

A nice place to grab a healthy meal! Nice water view of the sound and outside tables available when weather is good. Salads topped with proteins of choice, turkey burgers, low carb pancakes with fruit, whole grain rolls. Staff is friendly and appearance is clean and inviting.

Perfect place for some good quality brunch. There are a lot of vegan options to choose from, I loved their smoothie as well.

The food here was amazing! Probably some of the best Hashbrowns I’ve had! Definitely recommend this place if your looking for a healthy but delicious breakfast. Staff was also great and friendly.

Awesome food worth the wait. Best vegan pancakes I have ever had. Only disappointing thing was my latte. The tofu scramble was tasty and the hash browns were crust. The view was awesome as well.

REALLY cool place!!! The Bartender "Dirt" in the Lost Colony Brewery was a GREAT dude! VEEY personable, welcoming, and LOUD!! But, that's just the way he is!! One of the COOLEST dudes on the planet!!
