BEST dental experience I've EVER had! I have dreaded dental work since bad childhood experiences, although I shouldn't. This place is the exact opposite of my fears. It does not even look or feel like a dental office. It's like you're walking into someone's beautiful home mixed with a relaxing spa, full of cool artwork and good vibes! I was instantly met with a welcoming smile by Taylor at the front desk. Susan was friendly and gentle when taking me back for X-rays. The entire staff is just so kind and wonderful. You can tell that they genuinely care and want to make you feel comfortable from the paperwork to the X-rays to the treatment. I had a broken filling that needed to be replaced. The massage chairs really helped me relax as I watched tv on the ceiling. And it went great! The shot is usually the worst part for me, but it was nothing here. Dr Melanie is the BEST!!! I loved seeing her! She and Brittany kept me at ease and made sure I didn't have pain the whole time they were fixing my tooth. I wasn't even sore the next day. It was like a dream! I will always recommend Avery’s Creek Family Dentistry. I hadn’t been to a dentist in 7 years due to lack of insurance and funds, and the building fear of judgement of my oral health. I had 4 cavities and needed a crown. I was met with all the help I needed and above and beyond service. All the staff are very kind. Booking appointments is always easy. My experience at every appointment is lovely.

I was checked on regularly by Brittany and Melanie as they worked on my teeth to make sure I was comfortable. They are so gentle and patient, and were in no way judgmental of my situation. They allowed my girlfriend to be in the room with me, which helped my anxiety a ton. From the get-go they were very transparent about pricing, and made me feel assured they have my finances in mind. It’s easy to see that they truly care about their profession. Any questions I had were answered with great detail, leaving me confident when I left my appointments.

I must also mention that this is the coziest dentist office I’ve ever been to. The waiting room feels like a home versus an anxiety inducing doctors office. The rooms where you get worked on/ looked at are always very clean, with bright natural light and views of the forest. The dental chairs are massage chairs and they have a TV you can watch if you’d like! I happily enjoyed watching Star Trek to keep my mind at ease.

If you are like me and have anxiety over dental work, the staff here will make trips to the dentist as smooth as they can be (and enjoyable)!

Absolutely amazing experience! The entire staff was incredible, from start to finish, but I want to specifically mention how patient and communicative Brittany was with my son. He is eight years old and has sensory sensitivities. Taking him to the dentist has been a nightmare in the past. Today’s appointment was an absolute joy to be at for me, and him! I think my son loves going to the dentist now!

This is the best place for dental. The people are super nice,they make you feel welcome. My boyfriend gets work done here, I had a tooth pulled,I was nervous but it turns out,I had no reason to be. It didn't hurt and was over quickly. I Def recommend them to anyone and will now go to Noone else.

First dentist appointment in 4 years. Setting up new patient info and insurance was easy. Everyone I spoke to was amazing, Dr. Casey was extremely nice and positive and Kaylee who performed my cleaning was very sweet and thorough with my needs. Highly recommend this great team for someone looking to find a winner in a new dentist office.

This is an absolutely amazing place to get your dental work done. I had some anxiety about getting work done after not having a cleaning or anything in 7 years, but Dr. Casey and her staff made me feel incredibly comfortable and at home.

My cleaning felt incredibly thorough but I didn't walk away in agony like I had in the past. KayCee was wonderful and helped calm my anxious nerves.

Dr. Casey went out of her way to make sure I wasn't self conscious about my smile, despite the chips and discoloration.

I can't recommend this place enough to anyone in the area.

I've been going to Avery's Creek Family Dentistry for almost 10 years. Dr. Casey and staff are always professional, caring, friendly, and accommodating.

I’ve always been so nervous going to the dentist. So nervous I would be shaking all over while sitting in the chair. I am so glad I decided to go to Avery’s Creek to have dental work done. This is the best dentist I have EVER seen. I will never go anywhere else. All of the staff are great! They actually care about how you feel and if you are comfortable. Hands down, they are the best!

I have never liked going to the dentist, I hate pain. But this dentist is Very Gentle. I have been to see her several times now. Injections are a bit uncomfortable but not painful like other dentists. She has pulled a tooth, filled a cavity, and now I she is doing some bridge work. A very comfortable experience. You can sit in the chair and watch TV if you want, or I put on some of my favorite music. The dentist, assistant and receptionist are great! I never really write reviews this often, but I sing their praises. If you don't like going to the dentist....go here. Your teeth will thank you.

I've been going to candler family dentistry and didn't know what I was missing after my visit here today! It was a great environment, people! All women, which is less intimidating and they are kind and cool as well! The chairs are massage chairs and there is a little tv right in front of each of them! Natural lighting from the big windows, pretty decor, everything! I'm very lucky I switched dentists!

So, so happy with my experiences so far! Due to lack of dental visits due to high anxiety, my teeth have suffered the consequences. Dr. Casey helped me come up with a plan, and has been so kind and thoughtful. I had to have two large molars removed, and the first time they wouldn’t numb up. After another round of antibiotics and some anti-anxiety meds on board, we got the teeth out today! We were all cheering after. It was such a relieving experience.
The massage chairs are lovely, and they played The Office for me during my appt today (my fav show!!). Brittany (I’m so sorry if I spelled your name wrong) is so sweet and kind. She also really helped put me at ease. The receptionist (I’m sorry I haven’t caught your name yet) is also very warm and welcoming!
I can’t recommend this office enough. They have helped my dental anxiety get better and better with each visit. I’m so happy they were recommended to me!

Dr. Casey and her staff are wonderful to work with. I personally have a lot of dental anxiety base on experiences with other dentists throughout the years. Dr Casey knows her stuff too. I went to a different dentist in town when I first got here who completely missed a known problem I have with one tooth. I couldn't believe I had to point it out to him at the end of my initial exam. He was recommending something cosmetically that would've caused a big issue with my root health. After that I wanted to find someone with more personalized attention. Dr Casey is the perfect fit for me! I have been recommending this practice to everyone I know

What I love most about this dental office is that it doesn't feel like most dental visits at all. The ambiance and comfort I feel while sitting in the chair is incomparable. Each room offers large windows which all face the woods offering much peace and privacy. Their state of the art massaging chairs and equipment better help you to relax and understand fully your mouths personal agenda. The ladies working in the office are extremely kind, gentle, yet very thorough. Dr Casey has a magic wand of a hand when it comes to receiving needles. I've never once felt a shot given by her. It's absolutely incredible to not dread going to the dentist anymore, but rather kind of enjoy it! I've received four fillings and three crowns with Dr. Casey and her staff. I'm incredibly grateful to have restored my mouth completely. I don't know where I'd be without them!

I just had the most amazing dental care at Avery's Creek Family Dentistry! I had been searching for a new dentist and and found exactly what I needed. I went in for a routine cleaning and left with so much more! The level of expertise and top notch bedside manner performed were far beyond my expectations. I am an Avery's Creek resident and to have my oral hygiene needs met so close to home is wonderful. Thank you so much to Melanie and her talented and kind team. Dr. Casey and her crew are amazing. I've only been a patient there about 6 month. I was searching for a new dentists that I felt I could trust and wasn't crown happy. I still believe in trying to save them instead of replace at such high cost. My old dentist believed different and that's why I was searching.

The office is fresh, clean, new and very comfortable right down to the TV and massaging dental chairs. Don't let all the décor fool you though because her prices are awesome. Really good and they take several insurances.

They've earned my trust and my loyalty. I highly recommend them to everyone.

Dr. Casey is skilled, gentle and truly a good person. The children love her and she is concerned about their good dental health. She is the best, expert dentist I've ever had. And, the office is spotless and beautiful, which I really appreciate. She's just the best!

If you're looking for a compassionate, thorough, can get on your level kind of Dentist than Dr. Casey is it! She and her staff are friendly and make a great environment to be in! There is NO wait when it's time for your appointment and in the rooms you get to watch whatever you want on the tv AND GET A MASSAGE in her dental chairs! 10 out of 10!

Dr. Casey and her staff are the friendliest I have ever seen in a dentist office. They made me so comfortable that i could have took a nap while in the chair. She is so gentle that I will be taken my 11 year old daughter there. Also they have no problem seeing my daughter who has Down Syndrome....Thank you Dr. Casey for helping me get my smile back.
