I just got home insurance through Diana and she was so helpful and very easy to talk too! I tried everywhere to get a lower cost insurance for my log cabin and nothing. She sent me a email about getting insurance through Geico and I pretty much said good luck, she emailed me the next day with a policy close to half the cost what I'm paying now! The thing is a log cabin is hard to insure and she found a good cost premium in one day! She's Great, I'd recommend her anyday!

I called there to get a quote and talked to Diana and after talking with her for over an hour I made the decision that no matter what the quote was I was signing with her because she restored my faith in humanity (and her sister Nicole the office manager did too). It's so refreshing in the world we live in today to run across two people who were more concerned about you than the money you can put in their pockets. I must say after meeting these 2 sisters my view on the world today has totally changed! Thank you Diana and Nicole you both are one in a million.

I am not a computer or call center guy and prefer to handle business in person. So glad Geico has an option to actually talk to people. My experience was great here, and I will gladly drive down the street for an in person visit vs waiting on hold for forever. Also had great Mexican food next door after my visit. Win win!

Diana reviewed my options and setting up the online access too. The prices I got were more coverage for less money. Excellent experience. Referred to me by a friend and will refer too.

She listened carefully to my requirements and invested time to be sure my expectations were met. She also offered advice tailored to our current fact situation.
She followed up with all the documentation and the iPhone app which is simply amazing.

GEICO is by far the worst insurance company my mom was just in a accident she had full coverage according to them that didn't involve collision plus she had road side rental etc this car was through Benchmark so she had to have "full coverage " now if she had hit a deer cow etc it would have been covered and she would have gotten her rental and her car would have been paid for but now she has to finish paying for a car that is totaled shes gonna lose her job and cant get a rental even though she paid for it! How is this fair? There is always a loop hole and well GEICO will eventually screw you over maybe not now but they will!Paula helped us get our home covered when we purchased our first house. I switched to Geico 6 months ago. I have had the best service with them in helping me with my Auto and Home Owners Insurance. Nicole has helped me with changes to my Auto policy and getting the information I needed with my home owners. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for help with Insurance.

We've had our car insurance through Geico for a couple years now, mostly because its a) cheaper than the places we compared it against and b) because it had really well-built online tools for adding and modifying our policy, as well as online payment options.

When we needed to add a homeowners policy, though, we knew that talking to an actual agent was probably going to be our best bet for really finding the best policy, so I contacted our local office (this was the first time I'd actually interacted with a local agent), and got in contact with Stephanie Cogswell. She made the process so easy, right from the beginning. She was willing to communicate with us entirely over email (which just works a lot better for my schedule than trying to find time for a phone call), and the entire process was completed in just a couple of days. The quote we got was way less than we were anticipating, and she was completely helpful and understanding, especially since this was our first home purchase and we had a lot of questions for her.

GEICO saved my car! After SpeeDee Oil change put gear oil in the transmission, which ended up requiring a totally new transmission for $7700, GEICO covered the costs after my deductible! If they had not done this, I would be without a car! The representatives I spoke to were professional and very helpful! Would recommend to everyone!

I checked many companies rates and Geico beat them all. I so enjoyed Ashleigh Frizzle helping me with my policy startup. She was very nice and polite and she found me discounts that online did not show. Thanks so much
