This place has great customer service and they carry the product that more people actually need. Not overwhelming amount of products. Store staff is very helpful and knowledgeable.

Stopped in to get a screw. They had a huge selection. I didn't have time to look at anything else specifically, but it looked like they had a lot of stuff. The store was easy to get to from both the front and back street. I went out behind the store to avoid traffic

Was pretty easy to navigate into thanks to the light, it felt like an ace supermarket, felt twice as big as what I remember being to other ones. Staff there were helpful and kind. Sodastream exchange there went well.

I went in here for a couple of things and had the nicest gentleman from the paint department help me find everything I needed.

This is a great place for getting small things for around the house and the customer service is extremely helpful

We love this store and it's employees. Everyone is so helpful and nice, they load stuff in our car without us asking for help. We were just looking and everyone asked if we needed help. There prices are less than Lowe's and they are closer to us.

Great place when you need to attempt a repair on your own. There's a good bit of knowledge there and plenty of parts and tools to complete any job you should take on. The paint selection is perfect for any renovation or sale prep. A great selection of lawn care equipment and they'll even service it for you! And, the best part-according to my kids, is the free popcorn!

The cashier was fun. The other employees I encountered, well let's just say I didn't feel welcomed. I like the convenience of the store. Inside the store, neat, clean and well organized. The staff needs customer service training.

A year or two ago, I replaced my prius's key fob, and I didn't bother to have the mechanical "valet key" cut. That was because if the fob didn't work, all the mechanical key would do was open the door, not actually operate the car.

...and I figured it would be a big hassle, because it's a weird key.

Well, today I needed that key, and I didn't have it. So I decided it was time to get it done. And I remembered Ace Hardware had this really good key guy who could handle a lot of the problem stuff.

He knocked mine right out. And because of the nature of the cut, it only cost me two bucks.

Dude's name is Morgan. He's great. He can't always do everything; there are liability and equipment limitations.

But if You have a weird key cutting need, I'd recommend going to this place first.

Needed a few things to replace some plumbing underneath the kitchen sink, all of the Ace employees were helpful at helping me find what I needed. Everything was very affordable and I had a pleasant visit at Ace hardware. I do believe they deserve a five-star. Thank you Ace employees for all your help!!!

Great, well layed out inventory . Staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Prices are competitive with the big boxes, Home town feel, with big box services. Surprisingly big inventory for a relatively small box.. frequently give out coupons which makes them even more affordable.

Had Greg make me a couple keys and even when the key machine wasn’t working properly he kept a calm demeanor and made the keys by hand. (which I’ve never seen before so that was pretty cool to watch)

I went in for chalk paint, which I've never used. The associate guided me to the right area, and gave great pointers. Everyone in the store was friendly and welcoming, including the girls at the register. The paint is fantastic quality! I had the right tools, because the paint associate suggested supporting items, but there was no pressure for anything I didn't need. First time in Ace Hardware (anywhere!), and I'll definitely go back, no more running to Lowe's!

Always excellent service from a helpful, knowledgeable staff. They want your business and they act like it, whether it's for a single nut or bolt or a high end piece of lawn equipment! They stock a surprising amount of stuff that you might go to a big box home supply chain does. They also have an excellent and prompt service department, from equipment maintenance to glass cutting, screen repair or just cutting a key. All in all a great service oriented general hardware store! A pleasant surprise in this day and age.

If they don’t have it, you don’t need it. Friendly and professional staff who actually know where most items can be found. I also appreciate the respectful Flag disposal service.
