State Farm: Diane Bauknight Asheville-Arden-Fletcher

I have had home and auto insurance with this branch of State Farm for almost 25 years and I have never had an issue. Everyone is always helpful and friendly. Teresa does a good job of ensuring our policies are up to date. Highly recommended!

Super friendly staff great people to work with but a special shout out to Teresa for helping me obtain homeowners insurance. Teresa, is fantastically awesome, very knowledgeable and experienced and listened to what is important to me. I highly recommend this office.

My first experience with this office and with Katie was top rate. She took time to answer all my questions (both vial email and on the phone). She made the changes I requested, guided me on various options, and issued the policy quickly. Glad I found this office!

Got insurance on my Tesla for $1200 cheaper than anywhere else. And after getting rid of the Tesla and switching to a motorcycle I shopped around for “motorcycle insurance” companies recommended to me. And again, Teresa and this office came through with a super low deductible with full coverage for another $213 a month cheaper than the other competitors I looked into.

I was reminded today of just why Diane Bauknight/State Farm Insurance has been my insurance company since I moved to Asheville 17 years ago.

I was starting to lose sleep because there have been so many car break-ins in the area, and they seem to be targeting particular models (of which I have).

One of Diane's agents reassured me that they have done due diligence in underwriting and providing the utmost insurance coverage in these instances and that I can sleep well at night knowing I am fully covered.

A few years ago, I was involved in a major collision in which I was shown to be at fault. Everyone from Diane Bauknight and her office personnel to the chain of personnel within the State Farm organization treated me with the utmost compassion and respect.

I sleep all the better knowing these kind and helpful people have my back.

I was very pleased with talking to Brandon, he set me up with new insurance and was a lot cheaper than my old insurance. Most importantly to me, he was awesome at answering all my questions and took time to explain everything to where I was able to understand it. Explained pricing, what each thing covered, recommendations. Highly recommend!

Katie is an exceptional State Farm agent and I’ll never use anyone else after the amazing service she provided us today. We bought a new home and the quotes we received from other agents/companies were substantially higher than Katie’s, for inferior coverage. She was so helpful and knowledgeable that we also insured our two autos with her. Again, she gave us better coverage for much less money. Katie’s caring personality and expertise have ensured that we’ll recommend her to everyone we know.

Brandon worked diligently on providing us with insurance on our autos, residence and liability after our move from Missouri to Asheville. He managed to reduce our premiums significantly whilst keeping the same coverage levels. I highly recommend this State Farm Agency and Brandon Marlowe is a great asset that puts customers first.
