Seeing a lot of bad reviews on here. The place is under new management now. And as a current employee, I can say our manager is working really hard to make it a better place. We take care making smoothies correctly and being extra kind to the customers we serve. Give TSC Asheville another chance y’all!! This work environment has evolved and become more healthy.

We stopped into Tropical Smoothie last week after a soccer game. The customer service, quality, and timeliness of our visit exceeded our expectations. Keisha, Makenzi, and Xavier have fun personalities and really seem to enjoy their work environment, which you don't see very often any more in restaurant settings. We will definitely be returning often.

Greatest Trop I’ve been too! Everyone is super nice, quick turn-around for orders, and everything is super clean! Definitely a must if you’ve been working all day outside and need a refreshing drink! Got the new Mango Monsoon and it’s awesome!

This is the BEST costumer service I have ever experienced, especially while getting a smoothie. Keisha, Kimberly, and Lily were the ladies serving us- yes, I asked. Definitely found my new favorite spot!

Love to grab a smoothie after the gym and as of last night-5 times we have gone and they were either closed (not posted) or closing in 30 min and the doors are locked and they are cleaning. Last night tried to get food with 25 min til closing and nope-food is “shut down”. Come on guys. 7:00 is when you close. Not walk out the door. Anyone who has worked in food gets that you want to leave but this is getting old.

This was dank dank! Our first time and not our last! They gave us coupons too :) the Bahama mama smoothie is creamy and delish, their quesadilla & avocado melt are super yum yum! I'm glad we ate there. They served the food to us and were kind!

Solid place for a smoothie and a sandwich. The ladies who work there are quick and friendly. Location is nicely tucked away off of the main road, so it is a little less hectic than the other food places around it. Maybe offer a sandwich and a smaller smoothie, sometimes it is a bit too much for 1 meal.

Great drink smoothies. Get the editable straw for 99 cents it’s worth it if you are not gonna allow it to meld. Grab an extra plastic straw in case it melts.

So glad this came to our shopping center! Me or a member of my staff is there almost every day. We recently needed an event catered and Rachel, the store manager, did an amazing job. Love the vegetarian options, too!

there was one in my hometown area that i went to, so i was glad to find one here. The staff is nice and always brings over my smoothies. sometimes it does get busy and lag but they do have an app

I placed an order in the app and paid. When I arrived the location was closed due to employees walking out. The manager refunded my order promptly and even gave me a courtesy call to apologize. He did the best he could under the circumstances.

Not just smoothies! They have delicious, fresh, health conscious meals for very reasonable prices! You can also add a smoothie to your meal for $3.99. Been twice so far & great both times. Will be back soon.

Management is well put together there everybody is friendly they get along with all people that come in and they always get you the best tasting smoothies in North Carolina.👍

My daughter loved the Paradise Point Smoothie and Chicken Baja Bowl. We used curbside pickup. Since the dining area is closed, only options are pickup or curbside pickup.

Every time I go, they are always fast and friendly. I love that I never have to wait long for my food or drink, and they are all so very helpful. This is my go to spot when I need breakfast!

Really tasty smoothies, with a high price but absolutely worth it for the taste and the amount. The food is delicious too, their apple slaw is mouth watering!

For somebody who is just getting into working out and eating healthy, this place is amazing for all of that. I never have to worry about too many sugars in my smoothies.
