This location is excellent!!! I went there a few weeks ago to return some Amazon items. I had a LOT to return -- like, at least 30 items, probably more, and most of them had individual codes 😩😩 The young lady working there that day -- I'm so sorry I didn't get her name, but will be sure to the next time I visit!! -- was SO amazing. She was incredibly patient, professional, and helpful throughout. And also had such a warm and friendly demeanor. I felt bad having to have her scan and pack up so much, but she genuinely seemed to take it in stride and like it wasn't a big deal at all. She also was very efficient in getting it all processed!! I'm so glad I came to this location and that she was the person who helped me!

I will be back (hopefully with not so many returns next time 😁).

I've been coming to this location for a few years now and the staff here are always so helpful and efficient. I choose this location over others just because of how great and reliable these employees are here, so SHOUT OUT to them for being so awesome at what they do!

Whether it’s a holiday or just an ordinary day, the workers at this store are super efficient, polite and helpful. This is the BEST UPS around!

I use this store frequently, and have for many years. Every time I come in, no matter what I'm asking for, they always help me. They r the best and friendliest and I have never had a problem with anything at this UPS store! I really appreciate them being here to help! Such a pleasant experience this morning! I walked in, saw 3 other customers there and thought oh no I don't have time for this. Before I could turn around, the line was already moving. Everyone was taken care of in 1-2 minutes each it seemed. Morgan was so incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. His hands moved at lightening speed when preparing my label. Definitely will use this location for future mailing needs!

Hands down the most incredible UPS Store staff EVER! From print jobs to shipping jobs, they always have my back and make everything easy. They are incredible problem solvers and have 10-star customer service. Everyone is amazing but a huge shout out goes to Allie + Morgan!

I've gone there to get several versions of heavily illustrated visual notes printed on their heaviest, 100 lb. paper stock. The result was very professional, and I was very happy with the results! Morgan was very patient and went the extra mile to help me get them just right. I would definitely recommend their printing services!

Super friendly service and convenient location. I really liked how I was able to take advantage of their partnership with Spectrum to return my cable equipment. The process was easy and hassle free. Additionally, they offer similar partnerships with other providers as well. Check with your provider and this location to see if they serve that brand. I will not hesitate to use this location for any shipping needs I may have in the future.

Had several books re-bound here when other office supply stores were at a loss for how to do it. Allie was super and the project was done in a timely fashion, clear communication and they look professionally made. Very happy with the result and will come back!

They were really patient and helpful with our big annual shipping of letters. We sent 7 weirdly shaped boxes and Matthew was very nice and professional. Will be coming here for all our shopping needs in the future.

I go to this store multiple times a week for various shipping needs and I am ALWAYS met with a smile and welcoming words. Whether you need a simple package mailed, business cards, wedding menus, or a calender, these ladies have you covered. They are the quintessential definition of a hometown casual/friendly store. Do you hate the corporate feeling of most shipping stores? Come here and change your perspective.

I have printing needs about every 2 weeks and this store is my go-to shop! All the staff are very friendly and always go the extra mile. In particular, I have partnered with Lori on several bigger projects and she is really helpful and responsive!
