Publix Pharmacy at Pinnacle Point

Ryan and Jamie are both wonderful pharmacists. I recently had a prescription that was sent to the Publix in Weaverville instead of South Asheville. Ryan immediately took care of the problem. He contacted the Weaverville store, told them about the issue, filled my prescription right there on the spot, and had me on my way in less than 5 minutes. Ryan is also excellent at administering vaccines. He is very gentle and I barely feel anything. Thank you Jamie, Ryan, and all of the Pharmacy team for all you do!

Jamie administered my flu vaccine today. She is also wonderful giving vaccines. I won’t hesitate to have Jamie or Ryan give me any future vaccines!! I appreciate the excellent, professional care and work from these two pharmacist’s, and their team!

I mostly come here for the pharmacy. Great prices, turnaround times, and great service. Shout out to Teri and Aaron for being exceptional associates. Aaron is super friendly, professional, and has a great memory. Teri worked tirelessly to get my savings card working for an expensive medication, even though the computer fought her every step of the way.

I come here to get my medication even though it’s out of my way because the service is the best, bar none. Publix always hires the cream of the crop!

This Publix has some of the best customer service I have ever experience. The staff is also beyond friendly. It is a great place to pick up firewood if you are camping in the area. I was in need of some last minute firewood and was glad Publix had some in stock.

Beverly was very helpful in my situation while I am on vacation and went above and beyond. The pharmacist who i didn't catch her name was also very helpful in advising me.

I dont think I have ever been to any Publix that I have been disappointed in. This one was clean, well stocked as usual, the pharmacy staff was friendly & knowledgeable. The wait wasn't bad either .

I come here every day on my break from work. And I still after almost a year have not gotten tired of the many many choices of food.

Great place to shop, pharmacy is pretty nice. I got my influenza, (flu) vaccine there and the service was acceptable. Only recommendation is the place that they give the shots could be a bit more comfortable than a metal chair next to the cash register. But, they get the job done quickly and efficiently. Would recommend, but if the store sees this, I would recommend a better spot for the flu vaccinations. Thanks Publix

Super nice efficient employees

So I've been coming to this Pharmacy since 2021. The last year I've been having to call and get them to look up my prescription and ask when the prescription will be ready. If I don't call and ask my prescription doesn't get filled! That happened back in December for one to be specific! That was even after i handed the prescription to the pharmacist! Well, the last four months, I've had to call and ask for when my anxiety medication will be ready. All I've had to call and ask due to NO notification of "prescription ready" texts. So today I called and asked when my prescription would be ready at 513pm and Ashley told me it be ready in an hour, after putting me on hold for 5 minutes, with typing and no speaking. Then i get a text notification at 836pm stating my previous is ready and the store closes at 9pm. To recap on why I've started to go to Publix Pharmacy, the customer service and pricing was amazing and worth the drive for me. The last year, customer service to be specific, is going down hill on my perspective in the pharmacy. Are they getting short staffed? Need a pay raise? Different training for customer service than other stores? The store has amazing customer service! Just the pharmacy.
