O'Charley's Restaurant & Bar

I gave 5 stars because this place is way better than 3.9 stars. Super friendly and professional staff. Very good food. We had the Atlantic salmon with the bourbon glaze and sides. The choice of sides was excellent. Our server was very helpful and just a sweet young lady. We travel a lot and have had some really bad experiences in restaurants
so if it was a train wreck we don't review in case it was just a bad day for them. Not the case here. Hopefully the community supports this place so it's around for a long time. I'm glad we stopped here.

Very nice staff, clean restaurant, and quick service. Not disappointed with the smash burger and awesome kids menu choices. Great location to stop before getting into the mountains, the construction, and heavy traffic.

Abby was absolutely wonderful!!!!! We stopped in on our way back from the beach and were a little skeptical as we read some recent reviews online but were completely satisfied with everything from start to finish. Abby is a great server with a great personality, very attentive and gave us great recommendations. She took the time to answer any questions about the menu and as a party of 8 I'm sure we could be overwhelming but she took everything in stride and never missed a beat. Our food was very fresh and came out surprisingly quick. I would and will recommend this for anyone coming or going!!!!!

We had three people in our party, on a Sunday morning around 11:15. Only issue was getting in to park and leaving the restaurant due to traffic. So, not O'Charly's fault.

The host at the podium taking names was super nice. The restaurant looked quite full, I was afraid it would take a while but, we were seated fairly quickly. The entrance was clean. Our table had been wiped down however, I did notice food in the floor under our table and some sort of advertisement for specials laying on the floor as well. I assume a young child before us was the culprit, it just looked untidy.

Our waiter was spot on with his timing on everything. From bringing two baskets of bread after being seated, refilling the tea, our main course, and finally to the ticket. We couldn't have been happier with our service or the food. He was well dressed and super nice.

Cajun noodles and chicken; cajun steak with cajun butter, loaded baked potato, and slaw; southern fried chicken tenders with brown gravy, asparagus, and mashed potatoes. One sweet tea and two waters were our choice for a meal.

Our bill was $54 and change before the tip. For the amount of food and great service, it was well worth it!

O'Charly's, we don't dine out much these days but if in Hendersonville and hungry we shall see you again. Keep up the great service!

We were traveling from out of town and wanted a nice meal, not fast food. We walked in and were seated right away. We had a very nice waitress. She was covering our area and the bar. She was very tentative. She kept our tea glasses full. We split the two porkchop meal. My husband had a side salad and we really enjoyed the mashed sweet potatoes. We had a piece of key lime pie. It was half frozen, but I think it tasted better that way. The rolls were so good!

The food was great, served in a timely manner. The waitress had a really cute personality. Enjoyed our experience.

It is one of the better O'Charleys I have had. Erica was a wonderful server.

A little too empty, so not re-assuring at first glance. The server was great while being attentive; perhaps a distant table across the restaurant caused some delay, but overall not bad.
The food was awesome... my absolute favorite Caesar salad dressing.

O'Charley's is known for good, consistent food with a menu that will please anyone. Great place to go with friends. The food has always been consistent and properly prepared.
But... On our recent visit the rice with my wife's dinner was somewhat undercooked and crunchy. Just as she realized that, a manager stopped to see if all of our meals were OK. My wife said her rice was not done. He apologized and went to the kitchen. A couple of minutes later he returned, agreed the rice did not meet their standards, took the cost of her meal off the bill, AND provided a correctly prepared replacement meal at no cost. Wow. Incredible customer focus. Give them a try. (Rating based on similar restaurants.)
Visited again 5/21 for their 3-course special. Food was plentiful and properly prepared. Our waitress was excellent. Definitely worth visiting.
9/27/2023 update: Food is still good, but unremarkable. Cup if soup is now tiny, like a small coffee cup. BlackBerry cobbler was mostly syrup with not much fruit. Menu is smaller than pre-pandemic. I have concerns...

I go here all the time and everytime I do I have a wonderful experience. The staff is always so helping and friendly, one of my all time go-tos!

One heck of a dinner. Went here for a family dinner what made it great was our server. Younger black lady serving the bar tables. Great job

Good food, good atmosphere, great service prices are very reasonable!! Love the rolls and butter! Great location! We were seated right away, waitress at the table within minutes to take our drink order also made a fresh pot of coffee for me.

Great chicken tenders, food always hot and fresh. Service from staff is always prompt and friendly. And love the hot rolls.

Have ordered twice to go from this location and both times it was excellent! They remembered the little details like the rolls and honey butter and packaged the components of my salad separately so I could put it together (crispy warm chicken separate). Thank you! One of the local places we will keep returning to.

The food and variety was great. Greeters and wait staff were very helpful. The service was very good.. I highly recommend this place..

Our church group of 10 enjoyed lunch. Everyone seemed to like the lunch choices and our waitress was friendly and efficient.

store number 364. our waiter Jonathon was EXCELLENT, My wife and I were traveling through and stopped for dinner. Two great salads, rolls with extra butter and fast wine delivery. Restararant and bathrooms were spotless. Will stop again on next trip..hope Jonathon still there.

For an easy Sunday night, Steak and Salmon combo--you can't miss! Medium rare was perfect. Heated Cherry pie w vanilla ice cream AMAZING! Our waitstaff, Brook, was pleasant, and provided excellent customer service. She was a pleasure to deal with and enhanced our dining experience. We will definitely return.
