As a person who does reviews they are either scathing or awesome. As a former mechanic I’m picky about who works on my 290,000 mile 97 suburban work truck that gets 5000 miles a month and every day the truck is down I lose at least $2000.00.
Woodlawn has worked for me on 3 different occasions and I’m happy to say they are my go to mechanic shop. They have been communicative, timely and priced well, in fact I would cost myself more taking time away from work to do the repairs myself. I can highly recommend this family owned business to keep your vehicle in excellent condition

I was visiting the area for the week and needed tires, brakes, and an alignment before heading north. After looking at reviews l, I decided to visit. Friendly, fast, and fair priced. I would highly recommend these folks.

Woodlawn Tires Owner Operators helped us with all our needs and were very hospitable too.

Oil change was super fast. The owner was very nice and the price was reasonable. The guys working came up after and talked about my truck with me. I will be coming back here.

Lost a wheel a few miles north heading home to Florida. They got the parts in quick and had us back on the road in a matter of minutes, not hours. I felt like I was being serviced by a nascar pit crew! Pricing was also very reasonable considering the emergent service. If I didn’t live in florida I would come here for everything.

These are good honest people that won't rip you off. I got my wheel bearing and brake pads changed for a VERY reasonable price and when I discovered something went wrong with my car during the process they fixed it for very cheap. I don't trust most mechanics because they're usually slimy and predatory and these guys are someone you can trust.

BIG thank you to Austin and his whole team! They went above and beyond to fix a problem another shop created. Highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for a crew that will give quality work and loads of patience!

Leaving the mountains to head back to Raleigh our tire was losing air quickly. Woodlawn Tire and Alignment spotted the issue and patched us up and we were on our way in less than 10 minutes! Friendly and excellent service!

I had went to 2 other allignment shops unfortunately before I found Austin and his awesome employees. These guys are number 1!!!! I was almost ready to trade in my vehicle due to a terrible ride. No other place could get the shaking out of my wheels. They fixed it just like it came from the factory. #1 shop. Now my fleet vehicle home for sure!! Thanks Austin

I brought my car to be aligned after having some work done on it at another business. Not only did they fix a problem that the other shop did, they made sure to show me everything that needed to be done and aligned my car all within about 30 minutes. The prices were great and the whole crew including one of the owners joked around and had a few laughs with me and my kids. It's not easy carting 3 children into a place to get work done but they made the experience a fun one. They were very efficient and I will definitely be bringing my vehicle back in the future. Thank you guys!

Arrived at 4:50pm on a Friday evening after experiencing a flat (needed a couple tires anyways) and instead of acting like I'm impeding them by arriving 10 mins before closing they happily changed out my tires and treated me with the upmost respect.

I’m leaving for a trip Sunday and needed an alignment. I called Austin and he said he had a full day but if I came in and was patient, he would get me in as fast as he could. I got there around 8:45 and was out the door in less than 2 hours. I was insanely happy with that time frame being as I was thinking it would be a lot longer. Very professional and friendly. Great work, highly recommend!!

Great service! Helped me find wheels and tires for my wrangler that I love! Also put a leveling kit on it. It drives like a dream and looks awesome. Communication was great. They Worked around my crazy schedule and had it back to me exactly when they said. Prices were very fair and the customer service was friendly and outgoing. Definitely recommend these guys!!

My front end was very much out of line. The alignment technician was very straightforward and honest about the job. He checked closely before starting the process to make sure that nothing was bent. Considering how bad it was out, the cost was surprisingly affordable.

They are some of the nicest people you will find in McDowell County or anywhere in western NC! Very fair prices, honest work, and quick! Please give them a try the next time you need an alignment, oil change, inspection, etc
