Candice Owens is amazing. I feel so much better today because of her attentiveness to my massage needs yesterday. With Low back pain and sciatic history, Candice really emphasized pressure and attention to those areas.

Hand & Stone is my first massage experience. The facilities were very nicely appointed, tranquil and relaxing. The staff were all very professional and helpful, thoroughly answering any and all of my questions as well as advising next steps since this was my first time getting a massage. My masseuse, Kesha, was fantastic and I will 100% go again

I just joined not to long ago and i have had three sessions so far. Everyone is really nice and so far love my membership and discounted prices on multiple sessions. I use to go to the chiropractor every week but since I have been coming here I sleep better, in less pain, and feel like more myself.

This was my first time getting a facial here, and I absolutely loved it. My esthetician was Zoey and she did a phenomenal job! She is very sweet, and very educated, you can tell she loves what she does. would highly recommend if you want a facial, go see her!! thank you Zoey! 🌸

Excellent deep tissue massage - better than any physical therapist! I've had both shoulder and lower back injuries over the years - Jasmine works through the scar tissue which provides a lot of relief loosening up everything. Highly recommend!

Molly gave me the most relaxing facial! Afterwards my skin felt refreshed, smooth, and hydrated. I highly recommend Molly.

Sheryl Ravenel is a fantastic deep tissue masseuse who has studied deeply anatomy and the muscular connections in the body. It will hurt like hell but the release is extremely beneficial and long lasting. I recommend her highly among the massage therapist at hand and stone. And indeed, one of the best I’ve had anywhere.

I've been going here for a few years now and today was the 1st time my massage therapist was late for something beyond her control. When I tell you hand and stone stepped up, they STEPPED UP! My appointment was as soon as they open so of course I was already on the way and already there when we was trying to figure out what to do. I asked the ladies at the front if I needed to reschedule or wait on my therapist and they told me I could wait and they would make sure I was seen today since I was already there. Stephanie at the front was SO amazing!! She offered me one of her personal drinks while I waited and even helped my therapist out setting up so I wouldn't have to wait any longer then I had to! I truly appreciated everything she did and I feel she needs recognition for her actions! Once I got back to the room my massage therapist made the wait EVEN more worth it! She gave me some add ons for no charge since I had to wait, even though I told her the front had already took good care of me. I would NEVER mind waiting on someone if everyone gave the same respect as hand and stone! They are amazing and they all become family! You aren't just a customer to them..before long they will talk to you by name like you've known them your whole life

Andrew was exceptional and gave me maybe the best massage I've ever had! He explained all the medical aspects and science behind what he did, which I found to be very interesting. This wasn't a light touch massage, but he went right to the pain points and at the end I had such an improvement in my neck and shoulders, that I felt this money and time well spent. Thanks so much Andrew for a great job!

Kristen and Taniesha were fantastic for our couples massage. If you have never tried a hot stone massage you definitely should. Taniesha had perfect pressure while working the multitude of knots in Kenneth's neck and shoulders. Kristen found knots on me I didn't even realize I had and worked on them with perfect pressure, checking in with me a few times to make sure I was comfortable.
Very clean facility and sweet, welcoming staff. We will be coming back for sure. We were told Kristen and Taniesha do book up quickly so plan to schedule out in advance. 10/10 Treat yourself

Andrew was my massage therapist. He was amazing. I will definitely make another appointment when I’m back in the area!

Scheduled a 1 hour facial and ended up getting the Microdermabrasion facial instead so they added $80 and still charged the original $40. No digital confirmation for my appointment set 24hrs in advance. Esthetician: Zoey(I think, I spoke to a few). Consultation done in the same dimmed room that the facial was performed. Tech offered for me to put the towel on but didn’t instruct me to remove bath-suit straps before lying down, so because I forgot she completely ignored my neck and chest the entire facial. Lack of digital receipts itemizing products and services rendered and purchased. I was not offered the option by Lisa who checked me out. However they didn’t forget to ask loudly in the presence of the tech and other customers how much I’d like to leave for my tip! The staff aggressively pushed their membership, which made me wildly uncomfortable. By the time I left I was out of $250 and the flimsy paper receipt got wet before I could even review it in the car which is why I was hoping for a follow up email which when it came was a huge disappointment as it lacked the purpose of my visit and how much it cost. With all those issues I forgot to mention how the facial turned out! The part of my skin that she actually worked on turned out well, I was satisfied with my facial skins appearance but my neck and chest is still dull and dark! Products I purchased are really good as well.. heated spa bed was nice. For the prices they are charging they must step up the professionalism and be more thorough. I can’t believe I left a tip, I felt like I didn’t have much choice. I’m too nice
**Update**Owner called me personally and discussed in full the services rendered and what was included. She was genuine and helpful by emailing me an itemized statement. In the end I was very satisfied with her overall honesty and concern for her customers!

I absolutely LOVE this place! Whether you are looking for a message therapist to manage chronic issues, or feel like splurging after a long week at work, Hand & Stone is a great place to go. The front desk staff are always friendly and have answered all of my questions. What was supposed to be a one-time visit (as a gift from my husband ) turned into a monthly "subscription" for me. I used to see a massage therapist regularly as part of my physical therapy routine with my chiropractor, but my insurance has changed and I no longer get to enjoy the benefit of regular visits. After returning to see a chiropractor regularly, my husband knew I could benefit from a massage, so we checked out the newly opened spa. I booked one visit, and we got a special grand opening price, so figured it would just be a one-time thing. The service and care I received was very impressive, and the person who booked my appointment made an excellent suggestion for me to add a service that I greatly appreciated.

Pricing is comparable to other spas offering similar services. The facility is always clean and well-maintained, and I feel instantly calmer as soon as I walk in the door. Over-the-phone and in-person, customer service has always been top notch. I HIGHLY recommend a visit!

I called this morning for information only, but was sucked in by the kindness and attention, from Brianna, who patiently spent aboot 20 minutes on the phone, answering my questions. There was no high pressure tactics,, only an invitation to visit. So, I made an appointment to try out the Cryotherapy.

Upon arrival, I found the place was very clean, and it smelled great. Also, everyone here seemed happy and personable. Porche helped me check in and out, and she was awesome.

Rachel was my aesthetician. She was super easy to talk with and quite knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and provide recommendations. I felt very comfortable with her. The cryotherapy was pleasant and pain free. As far as the results, there was a slightly noticeable reduction in my abdomen right after the procedure.

Jaleesa gave me the best massage ever. She was professional, but friendly. She inquired about my needs and wants, as well as asking if there were any particular areas requiring attention. I elected the cbd oil and hot stones. Also, I'm a runner and requested more attention on my legs. Jaleesa pinpointed areas in my legs and upper back with knots and kinks that i wasn't even aware of. She has great instinct and attention to details.

I'm going back. If you've never had a massage...get one. OMG.
