First off ROBERT was super helpful. He took his time to make sure I picked out a mattress I was happy with. He made the process painless. If there comes a time for another mattress I will be coming to him for any business continuing on!

Robert was great. He listened to our needs and helped us find the best mattress to meet those needs. He was also very personable, making our mattress search a pleasant experience.

Robert is a knowledgeable and no pressure type of salesman.
He answered all of our questions and added more information about the different manufacturers. He let us tour the store on our own to try all the different mattresses and let us decide which mattress was best for us.

Justin was a great salesman -- we stopped in and he was very friendly, but didn't bombard us with information and pitches. He was however very knowledgeable when we had questions about literally anything sleep related. He let us know his honest opinions on the current sales and the deals/value of what we needed based on our particular needs. He also assisted with the financing options and made it such a seamless and easy process. Thanks so much, I recommend this to anyone!!! He also knew the answer to my fun fact question which was hilarious

The whole process was quick and easy. Daniel was excellent and very helpful. I went in there knowing what I wanted and I very much appreciated that he was honest and didn't try to upset me on anything. I will definitely remember this next time I'm looking for a bed.

Finally decided to upgrade to a King from a Queen and had visited a few places and decided to stop in Mattress Firm on our way to Sam’s. Justin was so helpful but not pushy. Really gave us more of an understanding of what we were looking at in mattresses. Glad we were the only ones in the store when we stopped because we were able to be relaxed and absorb all he had to share with us. I would recommend him without any hesitation. And we are getting our mattress delivered today, in less than a week!
