Rick Ray and Sons Plumbing

I had bad experience working with some big plumbing company. They are trying to sell you their annual service instead of helping you solve the problem. But not Rick Ray and Sons Plumbing. It is our second time using their service. Had a sewer line backup at night. Robert and his buddy showed up and quickly helped me resolve the issue. They also used camera to help me identify what caused the problem in the end. They are very professional and I am very satisfied with their work. The price is reasonable even it was late night work. Strongly recommended.

We had them come out to fix a main water line. The thing I appreciated the most about them was that they were clear and upfront about their pricing. The lady that took my call brought out a price book to help me know about what it would cost, and that quote was within $50 of what it ended up costing. It is also a reasonable price and they are not out for your money. They were incredibly helpful and communicative, and arrived on time when they said they would. I would recommend them to anyone, and we would use them again in a heartbeat!

Ryon Kleppin and his assistant, Jimmy, were the gentlemen who fixed our sewer pump. They were extremely polite and even more professional. Their attention to detail was precise. They put foot coverings before coming into our home. They had the parts on them! They did the job quickly and efficiently. They left the work area clean and in working order. You want these guys working on your household issues.I got to see the part removed from my basement. The price was fair. They live up to their motto.

I had two other companies tell me I needed a sewer pipe replacement ($$$) and a family member recommended Rick Ray. They came out promptly and within an hour had my clog cleared. Communication was very easy and the technician, Robert was very knowledgeable! I highly recommend Rick Ray Plumbing!!

When I called after hours, they came the very next day. My basement floor drain was backing up and everything was explained to me. He even helped me with the flap on my doggy door! I recommend Rick Ray's!

Scheduling an appointment was easy and fast, and the receptionist was very kind to speak with. The technician showed up earlier than expected, but that worked out great for me! He was friendly and professional, figured out what the issue was quickly and explained exactly what the problem was and what would be needed to fix it. Still waiting on an estimate for a complicated pipe repair issue, but I'm very happy with my experience so far

Called Rick Ray and Sons after having issues with our sewer line backing up. Rick and Brandon came out, ran a camera down the line and showed me what the issues were. I received a thorough explanation of what all needed to be done and why. Another company was just going to replace the line without even sending a camera through to make sure it was bad. These guys showed a lot of integrity by not trying to sell me on goods and services that were not actually needed.
Update: We had a whole house trap taken out in the basement, new sewer line clean out put in the driveway and reconfiguration of our kitchen plumbing. The crew was friendly and professional and explained what they were doing and why. Quality workmanship and they cleaned up after themselves. We had a great experience and will recommend Rick Ray and Sons to others!

Ryon and Bo did an excellent job replacing our water heater. They were quick, efficient, and tidy - making sure everything was cleaned up. They were also helpful in answering my questions what might have gone wrong on the old water heater and what yearly maintenance to perform. Great follow-up customer service from them and the home office.

We had Rick Ray & Sons do our Overhead Sewer Modification. They were the most knowledgeable on the work, offered the best price, and had a great crew complete the work. We will absolutely be repeat customers for all our plumbing needs.

Every time I’ve called Rick Ray and Sons, they’re at my place within 24 hours. They’re honest and they work hard, so there’s no way I’d ever leave them. I worked for another plumbing company in Springfield, before I ever called Rick Ray. I learned what a scam they were running! I wish I could tell you who… but take my word for it. I was in a bind with our water heater on a Saturday and Matt was one of the few people that responded to my call. He ended up having another job before mine, but was very good with communicating his status. When he arrived, he was very thorough with his work and explained everything to me. He worked quickly and was able to get it working again.

This is probably our fifth time using Rick Ray and Sons Plumbing. They have made our experience absolutely amazing every time. They are very clear on our options and solve all sorts of problem in our hundred year old house. I’m so thankful to have a reliable plumber that I call each and every time they are needed!

Had a major issue. I called they came right out and determined I had a major issue with my sewer line. The guys started right on it. Mickey, Shanner and Mikey worked non-stop. They were very professional and very detailed . They also didn’t mind me hanging around watching them at their craft. We are up and running . I would recommend these guys to anyone.
